No responsibility
My company utilized Rose Moving for a relocation for myself. Rose Moving did not properly package my items and they are not accepting liability for damage. The took my tower speakers, several tools, high-end desktop PC, and a couple other items as is and did not box, wrap, or package the items in any way. As expected, there is damage on quite a few items. On their paperwork, they marked the condition of the items as "unknown" and I believe they did this so there would be no way to dispute damage on delivery since the condition was "unknown" I was also informed by Judy Rodriguez, the rep that was assigned to my move, that I had up to 90 days to file a claim after delivery. The claims department denied all my damage claims and indicated that I should have disputed damage at delivery despite what I was told before the move. It is unreasonable and predatory to expect individuals to investigate the condition of every single item delivered, especially when items are still boxed, packaged, and stacked on top of each other in corners of rooms. In addition, there is no way to know the damage extent of certain items (like speakers, TVs and PCs) until you hook them up. The company is absolutely predatory and malicious in their intent.
