As part of our residential moves, we load, unload and do packing services. If you intend to do your own packing we supply you with packing materials. Our packing supplies include tape, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, newsprint, boxes in various dimensions, and mirror boxes for paintings and mirrors. We also do packing and unpacking at your current location and the new destination.
Our storage units are sanitized and climate controlled for short term and long term use. They are equipped with fire alarm and sprinkler systems with video surveillance 24 hours. We offer state of the art storage units at reasonable prices and are located near I-95. These storage units are equipped for industrial, commercial, and residential purposes.
A lot of offers are available for the customers to grab like coupons on our website for discounts on various types of moves. Discounts up to $100 are available on your local, and long distance moves. There is also a discount for senior citizens.

Worst Moving Experience
I have made many local moves in Jacksonville and most have been from great to average. This was by far the very worst. The move was grossly underestimated (luckily I had made this kind of move before). The two movers did not get along. They had a car accident on the way to the storage unit delaying the whole move by over an hour. One mover was loading my things into the storage unit while on the phone the whole time. He refused to get off the phone after 3 requests from myself, my husband and the supervisor of the move. He was dumping things on top of my couch without any protection. Boxes were being stacked upside down. It was the most distressing thing to watch. A shelf unit broke down into pieces, they broke the base of our standing lamp, and I have no idea what shape our things will be in when we get them out of storage. After all of that, not a single person called us from the mover after all the issues to apologize for the delay and for the issues with their worker. They literally took our money and left.

OVERPRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING ...
If you are looking for an overpriced and unprofessional service, Royal Movers are the movers for you. A friend of mine highly recommended Royal Movers, and I read such good reviews about them that I decided to give them a try. I used another moving company before using Royal Movers to move from Jacksonville to Orange Park, and that company only charged me $186 to move a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Royal Movers only moved half the items that I had moved previously. This time I moved from one side of my neighborhood to the other side of the neighborhood, and it took them 3 hours to do so. More importantly they charged me a WHOPPING $560!!! During the move, one of the movers broke the glass top of my dining room table. The co-manager named Sonny asked me to come to their facility to pick out a piece of USED glass that they had on location instead of ordering a NEW replacement piece for my table. Only after I told him that none of the pieces of USED glass would not fit my table did he agree to order a new piece. Long story short, two weeks and approximately 5-10 aggravating and frustrating calls to both managers Sonny and Shawn and several other workers at the location, at THEIR convenience and not mine, they had their movers deliver a huge piece of USED glass that was too big for my table! I WILL NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN and recommend that you use this review as warning as what type of experience you may have if you decide to use them.

3rd time and better than ever I'm ...
This is my third time using this moving company and every time I use them they send the best people. They care about my things and are careful with them. The employees are always kind and very respectful. This time I had Mike and Chris. They were awesome. They went above and beyond! They really looked out for me. Each time I use this company it gets better. They have effective time management skills. No joking around they get to work. I recommend this company. The money you pay is worth it!

Who is moving your furniture
I have never hired this company I never will. I found a pic on facebook showing 2 emplyees on the job smoking a blunt and proud of it. I would never want anyone under the influence touching much less moving ny expensive furniture. I just winder id the owners condone this type of behavior

They did a fine job, it just took too ...
It was three guys, two guys doing a lot of the work, one guy packing and loading, but he didn't even do anything when we were moving into the new place, he didn't do anything. So it was really just two guys the entire time. That upset me. I paid for three people to move and I got two and a half. I got three people the first time, two people on the move over. All they did was do nothing and they took a lot of breaks. I would have tipped them if I could have but it was almost $500, it was $200 more than I expected to pay. I paid $700 for a move from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville, I paid $500 for a 20-minute drive. I actually had to grab a dolly and move stuff myself. I paid to move myself.

They do not stick to their contractual ...
Hired them to do my move within the city both places about 10 min apart. They did stop for lunch on my dime. I am missing 2 valuable boxes, one contained among other things Grandmas Napkin Rings form Germany, Irreplaceable, the other large box contained sheet music which is mostly out of print also irreplaceable. Numerous visits to their office were not successful. Wish to file an Insurance Claim and have not heard from that company. Figures....Do NOT HIRE THEM.... And I just found out that my Complaint and Review I filed with the BBB in Jacksonville about them - is not made public. Wonder how this company managed that one.... again, I absolutely cannot recommend them....

It was good service except for bad ...
They were good. However, they were little misleading on the price. The crew members were all good. They were on time. They were friendly. They were efficient except for the main guy. The main guy that quoted me the original price; he messed up. Yes, packing was done up to my satisfaction.
