My kind request to everyone pls don't do business with this company. If you do you gonna cry like me.they delivery half of my staff which was broken lot of items. and Two months I am still waiting for the other half. They don't even pick up the phone. They charge me double after load into the truck. Manager Lisa is horrible. They dispatch system is mass . Finally I am going to company to BBB AND court. We got a very reasonable quote for our move from New York to DC, and got confirmation the night before the move. The day of the move, Kirk claimed that the DOT had stopped by for a surprise inspection, and asked my wife if we could move tomorrow instead. She angrily hung up on Kirk, and when she called back, the call was not answered. She tried several more times, with the same result. When we tried with my phone, Kirk answered immediately: he had been screening my wifes calls. When we spoke, he claimed that he had offered my wife a pickup window between 12 and 2 (he clearly had not). He was very defensive on the call and acted as though we were wrong to expect him there when he had received a surprise inspection. I told him not to yell, and that we would be happy to have a pickup between 12 and 2. 2 pm came and went with no movers arriving. All calls from our phones were ignored, but my super was kind enough to lend me his phone, whose call was immediately answered by Kirk, who said he would call us back after talking to the driver. He did not call back. Eventually, my wife got a hold of him, and he promised he would call us a truck, call us right back. He did not, so we had to rent a truck at the last minute, and return to New York for our car. He screened our calls. Finally, at around 3:30 PM, the driver called to let us know that he had another pickup before us, which he had not yet started. He would be able to give us an ETA once he had taken a look at the person's belongings and apartment. He was the one to express his regret over our situation. Read more
