Secure Auto Shipping stole my car

Secure Auto Shipping was hired to transport my car from AZ to VA. They then hired Astra Lines to provide transportation services. On 6/8/24, Astra Lines picked up the vehicle, initially providing a fraudulent Bill of Lading. When I notified Secure Auto Shipping about this concern, they brushed it off and did absolutely nothing. The car was contractually obligated for delivery 6/11-6/12. Having received no communication from Secure Auto Shipping by 6/12, I reached out and was told that the window had changed to 6/14-6/15. On 6/15, again having heard nothing from Secure Auto Shipping or Astra Lines, I reached out again and was told the driver was in North Carolina and the car would be delivered that evening. As of 8pm EDT, the car hadn't arrived and no one had reached out, so I contacted Secure Auto Shipping again. This time I was told that the driver had broken down in North Carolina and that my car was on the trailer at a trailer repair shop. I had to press repeatedly, but was eventually provided with the address of the repair shop. On Monday, 6/17, I called the repair shop and was told the trailer wasn't there and never had been there. At that point, I filed a police report stating the car had been stolen. Later the same day, when provided a photo of the car, my son was able to determine via location services that the photo was taken in a residential neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA - my car was not in North Carolina nor had it been at the time Secure Auto Shipping told me it was. Throughout this process, Secure Auto Shipping has been completely unhelpful and has blocked all my texts and calls and refuses to answer emails. Their customer service is non-existent as all they do is advocate for their partners in crime, the trucking company. At this point, the Scottsdale Police Department is handling the investigation and I can only hope that the criminals at Secure Auto Shipping, including CEO Christopher Narcisse and Broker Ross Abraham spend a long and unhappy life in jail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY even if your life depends on it.

Bobby Made It Easy....

Last year he had our vehicle shipped on time and arrived on time, this year the same thing. He took his time to explain the way the process work. Bobby Laroque made this so easy for us. Our neighbors gave us his number and we never had a hard time to reach him by text or email. Someone always answer the phone when I call Secure Auto Shipping during regular hours. Great Service.

They Provided No Service

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I had been trying to get somebody to ship my car for a couple of weeks through these people. I need my car shipped by no later than tomorrow evening. I had given Matt Minors and Mindy a time frame of this week to get somebody to come and pick up my vehicle. They were a bit slow to respond and eventually when I would get a hold of them they said they're still trying they're still trying they're still trying and so on. Then yesterday they called me and told me that they had somebody that was willing to come pick it up The day after tomorrow when I'm already supposed to be on the road driving clear cross country. Of course I got upset because I was already supposed to be driving to my next duty station at that time. I'm really starting to question the good reviews that people have written about them and whether or not they're actually valid because apparently nowadays you can actually buy good reviews about your business. What I was asking for it was very basic. I just needed my compact car picked up on an open carrier and that's all I was asking for. They had ample time to find somebody but they didn't do their job. What I've been hearing after doing a little bit of digging around about them is that they'll agree to find a driver for somebody and get people all hyped up like they're going to have a driver come pick their stuff up to try to take their money and then fall through on their end of the deal and leave the person screwed. Luckily I was able to find somebody else. Don't let their smooth talking and they're happy sounding promises fool you. It would be best to stay away from them. I went with somebody else that I found yesterday afternoon and got a spot on a truck booked yesterday evening and the person has already came to pick up my car today. They were quick and professional. Anyways secure auto shipping is a whole ass joke! Period!

Every thing was done in a very professional manner, including pictures taken of the vehicle before being brought up to my place. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Secure Auto. The staff was polite, kind and really made me feel like my business matters to them. Worth every penny

I got a quote from this company within an hour or so, and that was the beginning of a great working relationship. Everything was set up and sorted out very quickly after I accepted the very reasonable quote, and after that there was nothing I needed to worry about. I was kept in the loop about every step f the process and the staff did their best to accommodate every request. Not a bad comment from me

I must say I'm impressed by this company. From the time I requested a quote to the time the car arrived at its destination everything went as smoothly as can be expected. I had no issues with documentation, scheduling or damage at all. I feel like this company took the stress out of making the arrangements for auto transport, I didn't feel as stressed out as I did when I hired other companies in the past. I'll be hiring Secure Auto again for sure in the coming months, I think they're definitely a company that's worthy of my hard earned cash.

This is an awesome company, everything from the way the staff handled everything to the actual transportation itself. They took all the guesswork out of the whole deal, so I just basically had to give them my info, make the payment and everything went smoothly after that. The quote I got was pretty close to the price I ended up paying, and at under $500 I thought it was a really good deal. No issues with scheduling, I wasn't left waiting for hours for the pick-up guy to arrive, and that was a real plus. Not to mention there was no damage, nothing was missing or stolen from my car. I was really taken by surprise how satisfied I was after dealing with this company. Everything went really smoothly and gave me a good feeling about them, from the time I got the quote and the price was so reasonable that was it for me. My good feeling lasted the entire transaction with them, I could reach them by phone and email anytime I wanted and they actually answered my questions instead of treating me like I wouldn't understand or like I was a bother. Pick-up was on time for all intents and purposes except that the driver was about half an hour late, traffic issues which were out of his control. The great thing about that is he called me every 15 minutes to let me know his location and his ETA. I'm not upset by this at all, in fact I understand and I'm happy the guy had enough respect and consideration to call and keep me updated. This company gets 5 stars from me, I'm really glad I chose them.
