Very impressive. Awesome service and really unbeatable price. I shipped internationally and wanted to send a package urgently within 4 days. Fedex price was $110 and, SFL worldwide being a big customer of Fedex were able to give the same service for $40. I am so happy to save on so much because of SFL :) It was very nice to work with the Agent Utkarsh on this transaction and, i am very pleased with the service overall and would Highly Highly recommend. THEY SIMPLY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMERS BY PROVIDING LOWER QUOTES, THEN CHARGE HUGE FEES IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AS DETENTION CHARGES WHICH AMOUNT TO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. MOREOVER THEY USE VERY CHEAP DAILY WAGE LABORS FOR MOVING GUYS WHERE THE MOVERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MOVERS SENT FOR MY JOB TO LOAD A CONTAINER SPENT ONLY 5 HOURS , INSTEAD SFL WORLD WIDE CHARGED FOR 10 HOURS. THE MOVERS SIMPLY SPENT TIME ON THEIR MOBILE PHONES. SOME OF THE MOVERS DIDN'T EVEN KNEW HOW TO OPEN A PACKAGING TAPE. THE MOVERS ARRIVED WITHOUT ANY TOOLS AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE SLF GUYS HAVE NO EXPERIENCED TEAM WHO CAN HANDLE THE SHIPMENT OF CONTAINERS, THEY LEVY HUGE $2500 FOR THE DETENTION CHARGES , AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND THEN THREATEN THAT THEY WOULD FURTHER CHARGE DETENTION CHARGES IN INDIA IF THE INVOICE IS NOT PAID IN TIME. THEY ALWAYS COME UP WITH EXCUSES. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY AND IT'S OWNER PURVEEN SHAH. UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THE WEBSITES PROVIDE AN OPTION TO GIVE A "0" OR NEGATIVE RATING. I WOULD PROVIDE THIS WORST COMPANY A NEGATIVE 100 Rating (-100).

i am happy with their service

I would like to thank SFL worldwide for delivering my boxes in proper condition. I just book the shipment and they gave proper tracking updates, India team are very responsive and I have requested them to hold my package for a month because I had to travel for work and they kept the boxes in the Mumbai warehouse till I confirmed them to deliver which they have connected the next day to my location. I will recommend and will use this service to ship again.

SFL shipping and moving is fantastic in paying attention to details and perform speedy service for our long-distance move. They provided upfront an honest pricing which was very competitive in market. The company was the perfect fit for my requirement where they send perfect size of truck and 3 crew to implement the move. I had most of my boxes packed and they blanket wrapped all my furniture. Last minute I was not able to find my TV box and one of the crew members ran to their warehouse to pick up TV box for the move. They office provided additional support and answers to my questions whenever needed. I will be sure and excited to share my experience with my friends and family for interstate moves.

Moving with SFL Worldwide

Recently received my cargo all in impeccable condition. Remarkable and professional service by team Sfl. To start with Mamta would like to thank her to for explaining entire process from estimating volume to end-to-end process. About packer and loader, they maintained good time sense and quite transparent in estimation process as well. We had little delay in getting container at our door but that gave me enough time to prep my cargo and have it read on curb side to prompt loading. At destination process was straight forward I had to ship my documents for clearance and upon clearance shipment was delivered at my door. Delivery team was also polite and followed instruction very well. we are absolutely delighted with moving experience with SFL and if even needed again will surely choose SFL.

Originally, I have moved with different moving company but due to poor communication and last-minute cancellation they had left me stranded. I was looking for any moving company who can take my goods to India on set day as I had to leave for India next day. SFL came to rescue and luckily, they where able to fit me in their schedule. I had 12 boxes and 1 Tv to shipped and SFL arranged next day pickup via FedEx. FedEx arrived around noon and picked up all my boxes. SFL worldwide keep me posted with my shipemnt movement and provided me estimated time around 3 months for delivery. After reaching India I contact their office in Ahmedabad and they kept me updated on container arrival and delivery schedule. I got my shipment close to 4 months from shipment which as no big deal as they told up front it will take around 3-4 months. They moved everything without a ding, scratch, or breakage... especially our big flatscreen TVs. I am surely recommending them for anyone moving oversea. SFL Worldwide service is not good

I don't recommend SFL Worldwide to anyone. I shipped from US to India and paid premium price to SFL Worldwide for door to door. In fact SFL sub-contracted to Gandhi Shipping put me is limbo. In turn, Gandhi Shipping made me to pay an excessive amount approximately $1,700 (INR 1,35,000) and SFL never did anything other than asking me to wait. Finally I paid additional amount to get my good.

Dont recommend ever using them

For my international move from Bangalore, India to Houston, TX my original shipping company had used them as the US partner for moving as part of the door to door shipping. It was one of the worst moving experience (and having moved multiple times i know that no one is perfect in this industry - but this was by far the worst!) They charged me 100$ more than what was agreed upon and after paying all the money upfront they backed out from assembling the packed tables which was part of the written agreement. The representative had no integrity and used pressure tactics to get all the money upfront. Someone from their mgmt/PR team did find out about the issue and called to make it right but no action. I had to spend 450$ extra for their unfinished job. Be very careful in dealing with them and certainly dont pay anything until they finish the work - not to be trusted at all.

hassle free local moving

moving in this situation was really stressful and we had to close on our new hour and had to move last week and were looking for moving company got sfl worldwide reference form my neighbor. we hired sfl worldwide 3 men crew and truck for our 4 bedroom house move. estimated time to start move was between 8am to 10am and crew arrived at 8:20am and got right to work. crew was profession and did know their job. I am thankful that sfl was working during this covid situation and made my move a hassle free move.

INCOMPETENT LETHARGIC LIARS

Excuse the length but thought it is needed. We had booked a shipment with SFL Worldwide - Farmers Branch, Texas. Destination from Little Elm, Texas, USA to Saskatoon, Canada. They took responsibility of the consignment and created label to send the goods via UPS. Consignment had 17 boxes. We were told the consignment would reach destination within 4-5 business days and we were not made aware of or requested for any other document work. The first set of consignment (12 boxes) for whatever reasons got DELAYED by 2 weeks. After a month (Aug 13th 2018) we got delivered the second set of consignment (1 box) which sums up to 13 boxes. There were boxes that were damaged and we lost few goods and we assumed the delay might be due to clearance with customs and were fine. We were constantly in touch with SFL to track the remaining boxes (we were told by UPS that they cannot provide us the status information as the shipment was sent by SFL not us) and till this date ( Dec 18th 2018) SFL proves to be incompetent.The actual issue below. On August 13th as per SFL's direction we submitted a claim form witht them for missing 4 boxes. Then after, we hardly got any response from SFL even after trying to reach them umpteen number of times. Unable to stand their lethargic behavior we raised a dispute on Nov 8th 2018 with the credit card company (through which we had made the payment) although this is a quality issue and is not directly related to the credit card company. We got a documented statement response from the credit card company where SFL (One Archana. S) had falsely provided them information that they had paid the claim already on Nov 19th 2018. And also, there is a note in the document stating "Claim form was not uploaded in the system" I or my friends/network will never go for SFL services again as it is more than evident they cannot DELIVER their promise and do not care about customers if things end up challenging. How they are in business so far is a wonder maybe they could manage local deliveries in which case SFL-WORLDWIDE will never apply to them. Awesome movers

Moving is stressful and never easy. I knew I was going to use a moving company just not sure who. I found SFL Wolrdwide and thought I would give it a shot. The guys that they sent were professional and fast. My place was a big 1 bedroom apartment with 24 stairs. I asked them to move everything and they did and so quickly. They were professional and careful with my stuff. I will be using them again.
