The thought of moving was overwhelming but the Smooth Moves guys were AWESOME! The moving team took extra care to protect our furniture. Very professional and timely. I highly recommend them.

It was very positive. They came in, they packed everything up ... They did a good job moving and then they got it to my new place and unpacked it and nothing was broken. ...They put things where they were supposed to have gone. I mean I was happy.

Comapny called customer to do a table ...

Company was hired to set up a dining table they purchased by our company. Never showed up after calling customer to say they were coming. Were already paid.

Responsible crew great service

They did an excellent job. The quality was excellent. On all they were on time. They were efficient. There was no breakage. They were very responsible. Price was about the going rate. We were just moving from a storage unit to our house. Everything was packed. They didn't had to do that. For future customers I would say just use it. It is an excellent company. The crew were excellent. Very responsible.

Service was up to our expectations

It was smooth move and it was fine. It was the only time we ever used movers. It was what we expected. Yes pricing was fine. I did receive all the services that I requested. Packing was all really good. The crew were really nice.

Everything was good. They were friendly and did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do. Yes they had reasonable prices. I never have done this before, I probably would say yes I guess. I did packing by myself. Yes I got all the services that I have requested. For future customers I would say they are nice and friendly. I would hire them again if I am required to move.

My experience with them was great, outstanding. The experience was perfect. They did pretty much what I asked to do and no hassle. They delivered our goods on the day they promised me. The prices were fine, he was right on. Surely I would recommend them. Everything is fine, my move was very small, my stuff were safe and didn't went any problem.

It was very good. Very effecient. They were very quick. Nothing broke. Just the service - very nice, friendly guys. They helped me a lot. The price was reasonable. Yes all my belongings arrived safely at my destination. I don't have anything to complain about.

Good time management defines the move

We recently moved our three bedrooms within Washington. Our experience was good. The movers did a good job. They were polite and they were fast. I think they were very good at time management. Everything – from their arrival for pickup to the delivery, was on time. We had no reasons to complain.

I am pleased to say that this moving company was great in every aspect of the moving process and they satisfied my every need when it came to packing and moving my belongings and delivering them safely and promptly. They arrived on time on the moving date and they were quick and efficient througout the entire move.

Fast effecient and cost effective

The company that I used previously has helped me with my present move. They are fast - I taught they will take two hours but got the job done in half an hour. They didn't compromise on quality even after being fast. They handled household items with care and didn't throw anything around. I didn't even had to tell any thing to them. They removed the debris at both the houses. The best part is the pricing which was reasonable. I recommend them highly and will be using their services again for my next move.
