TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!

This mover was used (unknown to me) as a sub-contractor to the movers I actually hired. My mother died, and I had to move her things to my home. They broke items, lost other items, charged me for packing that was not performed. Turned an estimated $1100 move into a $2200 move - and threatened to keep my mother's things if I didn't pay the built up charges they added, after they already took possession of the furniture. Pay the amount they made up, or lose my mother's belongings forever. When I called to complain, the woman who answers the phone (who doesn't identify herself, or the company), was very rude, and unconcerned. Made me go through lengthy and difficult claims procedure, for broken/missing items; then didn't pay me for damages, after all that additional hassle. These are truly morally bankrupt people.
