Terrible colony with terrible morels
I recently used Sparrow Moving to help me relocate to my new home,and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. First,the movers arrived an hour late,which was frustrating. Their equipment was old and dirty,and they left marks on my carpet because they did not remove their shoes or take any precautions to protect my home. As a result,I had to hire a professional cleaning service to address the damage. Additionally,the movers did not take adequate care of my belongings or my property. They caused damage by pushing a desk through the doorway,leaving marks on the window sill. My $12,000 dining table was also damaged,along with my outdoor tiles,which now need to be replaced. After the move,I reached out to the receptionist. Stacy to discuss these issues,but my concerns were ignored. I had to keep calling until I was told,"too bad," and then I was blocked from further communication. The lack of professionalism and care exhibited by Sparrow Moving is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
