When the time came for my family to move, I looked for a mover based on several considerations not just on price alone. Spartan Moving System and its moving team were quality service providers that really know their craft. Moving is not as simple as it may seem there is a lot involved when moving cross-state, so the experience of a quality mover is priceless and we were thrilled the move went without a hitch.

Courteous and nice

What a pleasant moving service. I was prepared for the worst but they were very professional, polite and hard working during the entire move. They showed up over the weekend to pack our stuff. Then on the other day, they showed up on time, worked very hard and had our stuff moved in four hours. The movers were extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. I would surely hire Spartan Moving System again for my next move.

I needed a moving company that would help me make moving as easy as possible. Spartan Moving System were very courteous and helpful. I was nervous about hiring someone I knew nothing about but they eased my fear as soon as I was greeted. They took great care of my stuff and made sure it was going to be moved and received in the same order as left. Everything about my experience with Spartan Moving System was fantastic. They gave me a quote that was about half of the price of many of their competitors. The moving team showed up on time, wrapped every piece of furniture so it wouldn't get scratched and then moved everything quickly and efficiently. The movers were quick and efficient, making the move painless. They did a wonderful and swift job that made my moving day practically stress-free.

Perfect team and service

We managed to get a team of 4 to help us move 2 days before CHRISTMAS EVE. They were punctual and arrived at 9am on the dot. The team was fantastic, they did everything super quickly and really treated our belongings with care. This is the first move in my life where nothing was damaged, and I've moved around a ton. I'm especially grateful to them that I will be able to celebrate Christmas in my new place.

Reliable movers

I had a great moving experience with Spartan Moving System just before Christmas. The crew did for an interstate move (amazing packing included) Not only they called me ahead of time and came on time, but also took care of all my things, even going the extra mile to make it a very smooth and wonderful experience. Great work and wished if the same crew members come to my delivery as well although the guys at the delivery were very professional and courteous. It’s just that those they were special. Thank you, guys. They really made my holidays so wonderful. Never thought packing and moving could be this hassle free.

More than a service

I was very satisfied with my move with Spartan Moving System.The move was fast, efficient, drama free and they showed up on time. Before the day of move, the sales rep was very responsive with following up with all my emails in a timely manner. Safe and affordable company

Amazing, fast, efficient, professional, and great customer service. We had a terrific move. I first want to start with how kind and welcoming your staff was on the phone, setting up the date and time for our big move. And all of your movers were so over and beyond helpful. We were looking for such a long time to get a moving company that would help lug all of our belongings to our new home. We fortunately had zero mishaps and accidents thanks Spartan Moving System.

Terrible company

Please check the us dept of transportation website and run their DOT number. I filed a complaint with them due to misquoted, refusing to deliver my belongings unless I paid them more in cash. When they were finally able to confirm they were in error and I owed them nothing it still took another 5 days after I paid them to disclose where they were holding my belongings. I had to pay a local moving company to deliver my shipment. I was missing two items, a leg was broken on a chest and two plastic totes were crushed and broken. I also received a big plastic tote that was not mine and sent them a picture of it with the inventory tag so they could return it to the correct owner. I never got a response..they dont care once they have your money.

There is absolutely no way that anyone would ever give this scamming, thieving company 5 stars. They hook you in with a decent quote, then add on piles of other charges, then your items don't come for over a month...Go check out their yelp, google and BBB reviews. I don't think they have a BBB anymore bc the last time I checked it was an F but I cannot find them anymore. They subcontracted my items so I have no idea who even has them...thinking about the damages that will be incurred makes me want to vomit. They also go by Spartan Van Lines. I had no information to call about my items. Called all of the Spartan Van Lines in the country who sadly know about this companies practices and manipulation. They all have lawyers investigating these matters and complaints. Talk about the lowest of low business practices and this company will show up. Oh, and theyre also in rip off reports and fraud reports if you search google hard enough. I just cant believe I was taken like this. It would have cost me less to buy all new items.

I hired Spartan Moving 2 weeks ago. Sergio and Wesley were fast, they loaded / unloaded everything nonstop. They even helped me dropped off a fridge and a bunch of other stuff at the recycling center. Booking them was fast, too! I sent a message through their site, got a call same day, and booked it. I definitely recommend this company, and will hire them again the next time I move!

I was very pleased with spartan moving ...

I was very pleased with spartan moving system. Scheduling was easy and confirmations were timely. The movers arrived on time and the three of them were respectful, hard working and didn't waste any time. They hit a corner of one wall with the treadmill and chipped parts of it but David, the owner, was prompt to send a handyman and have it fixed. They were all very professional and everything ran smoothly, even under rain!

Overall, great service and I am ...

the other reviews speak the truth. Never have I felt like I got my moneys worth after shelling out $$$ for a moving crew. Spartan moving system changed all of that. They had a great estimating tool online, and when the crew showed up and realized I had double the boxes (I thoroughly underestimated how much stuff I had), they pointed out the difference courteously and assured me that they will still do their best to finish within the estimated hours. And they did. john and his crew were very courteous, efficient, and finished the move without damaging a single piece of furniture. I had a bunch of pressed wood IKEA furniture that probably wouldn't have survived a move from any other crew. They made moving between two apartments seem effortless. I was surprised when they did not charge for a TV packing fee (which was in the estimate) because I had my own box. Overall, great service and I am thoroughly impressed!

The movers were absolutely easy to coordinate with, even at the last moment and they did a fantastic job with the packing and moving. I had several Ikea pieces including a bed that needed to be dismantled and reassembled and they handled it like professionals with all my furniture coming together without a scratch. Absolutely recommend them for the care they take, timelines and affordability.

I had a great experience

I was afraid to move. Dealing with all that packing, storage, traveling... what a headache! But Spartan moving system made this all incredibly easy. They gave me no problems and for that I am thankful. Highly recommended to anybody making a long distance move
