Damaged items and no follow up

Pretty Satisfied, but Broken Personals

I used Strong Arms in a Truck, the move itself was fine, but they broke my table leg. They promised it would be fixed in two weeks, but it took over a month, and numerous calls on my part to them. They said they would call me and keep informed which they did not. The move itself was ok, the movers were nice, pleasant, very speedy with packing, and most of all careful. A few things got scuffed and scratched. My dissatisfaction came from the lack of communication and telling me one thing and doing another. Read more

PHENOMENAL!!

We used strong arms the other day for what has been a very stressful buying and moving process. First the office lady, Ms. Tracy was very helpful in making sure that we had the right number of crews and the right trucks. Then we were called several times to verify our move. We ended up with extra help and a crew from outside our area BUT the crew that was sent to us knocked it out of the park!! Mr.Charles and Mr. Jeffrey and the young men that came were fast and efficient. But not only were they great workers, they had awesome customer service. I booked two weeks out and received a call four days before moving to tell me they had overbooked and asking if I could move another day. When I told the person no, I could not, she had an attitude. worst experience

Let's just say my schedule appt.was from 2-3 and at 2.55pm the company called and said that there was a delay so I was then assured between 6-7, they showed up @ 8:20 pm. We were promised a crew of 3 but only 2 showed up, 1 of the 2 guys was limited in lifting heavy items and my husband end up helping. Read more
