HORRIBLE SERVICE! I SIGN A CONTRACT TO HAVE STRONG ARM ASSIST ME WITH MY MOVE.!!!!!!!!! 1 MAR, OWNER SHERRIE SIVELY , ADVISE SHE COULD PROVIDE ME WITH AS MANY BOXES HAS NEEDED , SHE LATER STATES SHE HAS NO MORE BOXES, I HAVE PAID HER $250.00 BEFORE MOVE, HAVE CALLED HER SEVERAL TIMES, AND SENT EMAIL NO RESPONSE. !!!!!!!!!! Over $10,000 worth of items were stolen

This company is as low as it gets! First, they gave us a quote of ~$2,000 and we paid upfront. After everything was loaded on the trucks, the woman said she needed another $1,000 for delivery. They delivered our stuff to our personal locked storage building on our property in Cameron, TX and then we locked the building. When we came back to do inventory, over $10,000 worth of items did not arrive. What makes these people so low was that one of the items was my wife's $3,500 designer wedding dress. The other items were fur several fur coats. This was well planned because they only took items that were valuable and would not be easily noticed if they were gone. Also, the wedding dress is rare and the fur coats are easy to sell. We called the woman that was in charge and she tried to pretend that she didn't remember us. She sounded nervous on the phone then quickly told us she was really busy and would call us back. We have never heard from her or the company again and my wife will never see her wedding dress again. Good job at fair prices

They were pretty good. They did a good job. The quality was pretty good. I don't have any issues with them. It was reasonable. The packing was done to my satisfaction. In the future, if somebody wants to move, I will recommend them. I received all the services that I requested. Read more

Disappointing experience

Honestly, the move was not good. They were scheduled to be there at 8:30. They didn't get there until close to noon. She kept calling and saying they were on their way, on their way. Time was getting further and further back. They kinda took their time with the move. There wasn't a sense of urgency, even though they were late. I think, but I can't verify this, but I think we are missing a few boxes. On the way to the apartment, I told her the address and she put it in her GPS - I said straight down the street. You don't have to go anywhere else but straight down the street. We are on a place called Broadway. She didn't have to make any turns left or right. It is straight down the street - you will hit the apartment and she put it in her GPS. She did and I was right behind her. She went some other direction. My indication, I can't prove it, is that she went somewhere in the middle because we are missing a couple of boxes. I can't prove that though. SHEERIE THE SHYSTER!!!

SHEERIE, THE OWNER , TRUCK DRIVER, SUPERVISOR, ETC, IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIARS I HAVE EVER MET!!! FOUR HOURS LATE!!! BROUGHT A SMALLER TRUCK THAN I WAS TOLD WHICH CAUSED US TO HAVE TO MAKE TWO LOADS AND TOOK MORE TIME!!! (THEY GET PAID BY THE HOUR) THERE WERE ONLY THREE PEOPLE AND I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE FOUR!!! AT 12:30 AM SHE SAYS SHE NEEDS $1200. CASH AND THAT SHE AND HER GUYS ARE TIRED AND THEY'D LIKE TO TAKE MY BELONGINGS "HOME" WITH THEM AND COME BACK "LATER " TO UNLOAD THE LAST LOAD!!! BECAUSE I SAID NO, SHE SAID I WAS THE MOST UNCOOPERATIVE CUSTOMER SHE'D HAD!!! REALLY??? WE ENDED UP CALLING THE SHERIFF AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT AND SHE EVEN TOLD HIM THAT SHE WOULD JUST TAKE MY THINGS!!! Great move with no complaints

With incidents of bad moving experiences in the past still fresh in my memory, I was skeptical about this move. The movers showed up on time and carried out all of the tasks in a professional manner. The pricing was also reasonable. I am very amazed at the way they finished my move. I am going to use them again and will be referring my friiends to this company for any of their moving needs. WOULD USE AGAIN

They sent 3 guys (James, Johnny, and Danny (?)) With a 40' trailer. They were prompt, very courteous and very respectful of our belongings and house. When they unloaded at the new house, again they were very respectful of the carpet, walls and our belongings. They were very cheerful about moving furniture around until i was happy with the location. No complaints and would hire them again. Read more

Reliable, Honest, Respectful, Hard ...

We were extremely pleased with the 3 men that moved us. We had a very complicated move with 2 different households moving into one but they were extremely accomidating! started off a little rocky...but

My move date started off a little rocky. They 'forgot' me and I had to rearrange a few things....... Once they did get to the house....they did a good job. They were very nice and helpful. Due to them being late....they were only able to have 2 guys instead of 3...so it took longer than it should have....so they didn't bring a few things that they were suppose to.....they did stick to their "special price" though.
