Missing Items

The movers would not commit to either a pick-up or drop-off time. They arrived to begin loading many hours before they said they would, leaving me unprepared. They did not tell us when our belongings would be delivered. Each time we asked, they gave a different answer. It ended up taking two weeks. Worse, many of our belongings did not arrive at all. I suspect they have a problem with theft as they never delivered so many things. Notably my $500 Kitchenaid mixer, packed in its original box with all the attachments. Or, the problem could be with carelessness. We received several small items that were not ours. When I brought this to the attention of the unloading crew they didn't take everything with them and appeared uninterested. We were told to file a claim and that missing or damaged items would be replaced. I spent time meticulously documenting the damage and finding replacements for the missing items. I was offered 60 cents per pound. I would not recommend these movers. The experience was so bad, I would rather drive a truck twelve hours myself. Read more

Wonderful Experience

I recently hired Super Good Movers to move my entire commercial office and they were the best team I could have chosen. They had all the materials needed like computer carts and crates that secured my computers in order for them to roll them out and into the truck. All the paperwork was put into crates and when arriving to the new office they did an amazing job putting everything back into offices as they were originally before the move. Such an organized team! Furniture

So far so good! We had our furniture picked up and is now being stored for six months. They arrived early and packed up their vaults which were on their trucks!! So no unpacking at the warehouse (extra damage and extra expense!!) I will update this post if I can in march 2020 when we have our furniture returned to out new house. Read more

Beginning to end, Super Good Movers was wonderful. This was my first move with them where I opted to have a packing service included. They handled our furniture in a very careful manner. One Bedroom Apartment

Super Good Movers helped me move my one bedroom apartment that contained two sofas, bedroom set, and living room, bathroom, and kitchen appliances all in one load. These men were like a hero in need. I hired the company for my move and it was a small move of my flower shop. I had 2 kiosks and a wooden table. But i was worried as the kiosks were having all mirror drawers. They load my goods so patiently that i was impressed. Great service,they were extra careful with our things which melted my heart. Short Notice Move

I called Super Good Movers on super short notice and they were able to get a team of guys to my place in less than 24 hours. Crew showed up early and did a great job. I did not want to carry those things upstairs,but they took care of everything and then asked what else they could do to help. These folks provided all info I needed including coming to my house to provide free quote. Time spent loading and unloading was exact with the crew working quickly and efficiently.
