Missing Items

The movers would not commit to either a pick-up or drop-off time. They arrived to begin loading many hours before they said they would, leaving me unprepared. They did not tell us when our belongings would be delivered. Each time we asked, they gave a different answer. It ended up taking two weeks. Worse, many of our belongings did not arrive at all. I suspect they have a problem with theft as they never delivered so many things. Notably my $500 Kitchenaid mixer, packed in its original box with all the attachments. Or, the problem could be with carelessness. We received several small items that were not ours. When I brought this to the attention of the unloading crew they didn't take everything with them and appeared uninterested. We were told to file a claim and that missing or damaged items would be replaced. I spent time meticulously documenting the damage and finding replacements for the missing items. I was offered 60 cents per pound. I would not recommend these movers. The experience was so bad, I would rather drive a truck twelve hours myself.

Moving has always been such a drag since I was never able to find a company that would work hard to complete my move with no issues. Thankfully I found Super Good Movers! They are very professional and well trained, they made my move the easiest move I have ever experienced!

Wonderful Experience

I recently hired Super Good Movers to move my entire commercial office and they were the best team I could have chosen. They had all the materials needed like computer carts and crates that secured my computers in order for them to roll them out and into the truck. All the paperwork was put into crates and when arriving to the new office they did an amazing job putting everything back into offices as they were originally before the move. Such an organized team!

Excellent

After calling around so many moving companies in the area and actually booking one, they bailed on me on the day of the move. I had to call these guys and they saved the day. I am very great full that they were able to send someone out last minute.

Friendly Movers

These guys are outstanding and I recommend them very much! They are friendly and welcoming, highly attentive and timely. The move was quick and smooth and I’m going to use their service again without thinking. Go with those guys certainly!

Furniture

So far so good! We had our furniture picked up and is now being stored for six months. They arrived early and packed up their vaults which were on their trucks!! So no unpacking at the warehouse (extra damage and extra expense!!) I will update this post if I can in march 2020 when we have our furniture returned to out new house.

Packing

Beginning to end, Super Good Movers was wonderful. This was my first move with them where I opted to have a packing service included. They handled our furniture in a very careful manner. I am really happy and satisfied with their service. The movers and were professional and helpful at every turn. Thank you guys!

Because I travel a lot, there are many mover's company I came across too. But undoubtedly, There was never a trust issue with them. Recommended.

Great Team

This movers company had great workers team. My luggage contains mostly the files and certificate. They arranged them well in the cartons and relocate it with no damage to any of my belongings.

Last Minute Moving

Super Good Movers did a great job even when I called them for a last minute move, they were able to accommodate my needs in a quick and efficient manner even tho the price was not the cheapest i'm happy with the result, five stars!

One Bedroom Apartment

Super Good Movers helped me move my one bedroom apartment that contained two sofas, bedroom set, and living room, bathroom, and kitchen appliances all in one load. I initially made contact with a representative via email, and was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded. Their professionalism along with a quick response made my move run smoothly. I liked that I was able to receive a quote prior to making any commitments, I will definitely be using them again for my next big move.

I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. All of my belongings were handled so nicely, and arrived on time.

Home Moving

Used them and had a grat experience. They were on time,efficient,polite,and came prepared to work. We had a team of 5 led by TJ. They ended up being 1/4 the cost of another company who quoted our move. Got our home of 25 years loaded,moved and unloaded in about 6 hours. Took extra care getting the elliptical to the basement. Would definitely recommend this crew.

Local Moving

These men were like a hero in need. I hired the company for my move and it was a small move of my flower shop. I had 2 kiosks and a wooden table. But i was worried as the kiosks were having all mirror drawers. They load my goods so patiently that i was impressed. Great service,they were extra careful with our things which melted my heart. Went way beyond what I expected. Would recommend them highly.

Short Notice Move

I called Super Good Movers on super short notice and they were able to get a team of guys to my place in less than 24 hours. Crew showed up early and did a great job. I did not want to carry those things upstairs,but they took care of everything and then asked what else they could do to help. They assembled some furniture for me and I couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely call them next time I need moving help.

We used Super Good Movers and had a seamless move! The team was incredibly attentive,fast moving and flexible when it came to last minute items that we didn't account for or had not yet packed. Overall a great experience

Great experience starting with the salesperson,to customer service and pick up and crew,to delivery. Despite some scheduling confusion,everyone was gracious and helpful. Everything arrived intact and they arranged and assembled everything that required it and were fast and efficient. Overall,a great experience and would use Super Good Movers again.

Accurate Estimate

I am so happy I chose this company. David came to my house and provided me with an estimate. I could tell right away he was very experienced. This was not the lowest estimate but the most straight forward. If you have moved long distance you know it is confusing. The way this company prices is the only one that did not give me a headache. Quick and Efficient

These folks provided all info I needed including coming to my house to provide free quote. Time spent loading and unloading was exact with the crew working quickly and efficiently. Unloading was to a 10X20 storage unit but Emmit did a masterful job of utilizing the space. They always called 30 minutes before arrival and always met schedule. They are great.

Accurate Quote

When choosing a moving company, I spoke to Super Good Movers they were very quick to respond. After explaining everything that was in my home, and what type of packing I needed, they gave me a quote at what the total cost would be. Although it was a little higher than some of the other quotes I received, I felt like they were the most detailed and asked a lot of important questions, that made me realize that they cared about how accurate the quote was.
