Do not use SUREWAY MOVING AND STORAGE, ...

We hired the move and storage of our furniture and belongings in their warehouse. They packed and picked up the move without making a list since they said “everything will be stored in an exclusive vault for us”. After several months they delivered back the move and we found that several boxes were missing with the most valuable items such as silverware, branded purses, a very expensive 8 x 4 foot painting, a king bed and an English style table among many other things, valued over $ 30.000.00. Isn’t it suspicious that everything of value has been "LOST"? Sureway paid the value of the bed while asked time to look for the missing items. After few months they informed they didn’t find anything and since we didn’t have a list of the items moved, which they never did, they were not going to pay anything else.
