Worst move ever
This was easily the worst move I've ever had in NYC. While it may be cheaper than other more typical moving companies it is still EXTREMELY over priced given the awful service. Upon entering our apartment our "tired" movers were upset due to the few extra pieces of luggage in addition to the 10-15 boxes we listed on the request (be very careful about itemizing your move before hand - there is no wiggle room if you change your mind about bringing vs throwing out an article of furniture). The worst part was when the movers got in the truck without warning - as about 30% of the items remaining were clearly lined up in the hallway to be moved - and drove off. Management's response was "they have a lot to do today it's their judgement what they can and can't bring". All in all base on this experience, it is a terrible company top down.
