Different experience

I have used Teleport for years, referred them, and they even moved my mom recently. This was by far the worst experience with them. The move started at 0752 the afternoon rolls around other are not done! It is a one small-bedroom apartment! The cost went from $175 to over $400. At some point during the move, there is only one person moving everything, he even asked me to assist with getting the sofa onto the dolly! When trying to explain to the office there was no compassion because of course I'm lying and trying to avoid paying. That has never been the case previously. He instructed them to "lock the truck" with my some of my belongings on there. I went out and started moving my own things from the truck. The only furniture that required disassembling was my bed other than that everything else was boxed and ready to go. No major appliances, not even a dining room set. The dolly sat in my kitchen unused for the majority of the move! feel like the move was unnecessarily prolonged for monetary reasons. I will never use their services again. The guy over the phone from the office found it funny and laughed. I wish Teleport Movers nothing but the best, definitely took me out of character yesterday but never again.

Horrible

The movers could barely even lift the boxes. They talked for about an hour and sat down. Occasionally they had sweat everywhere no towel they moved up boxes upstairs with a dolly did not care what they hit in the house. They were complaining the whole entire time I seriously never had movers that were so terrible. It took them some thing that should’ve took an hour hour over three hours,even if it took them just because of the driving and then they wanted to charge me extra,which I had to pay was ridiculous. They didn’t even finish moving all the stuff upstairs. Beware.

They held up to all the promises

Um, they held up to all the promises the didn't bill for added things such as the materials like the usages of their blankets and shrink wrapping stuff . They were very professional. They were on time, the crew was there. Everything that was promised was delivered.

Great Job

They were on time, came with a very professional crew, clean in their move and everything went fantastic. They got it done, they went over 3 or 4 hours which is fine because there was a lot of stuff but they were professional, clean and on time. The cost was cheaper than others, but it ended up costing a lot more because it took longer than anticipated.

Move was quick and efficient and cheap

Showed up within their two hour window, they wrapped everything, they got it all moved pretty quickly.

I have recommended their services to everyone. Their pricing was reasonable and they did what they were supposed to in a timely fashion. Couldn't ask for more.

They were good

They were only 1 hour late but they told me they were going to be late. Moving and packing was good.

They had the best price, they showed up on time, they were very polite, they didn't damage my furniture.

It was good, they were pretty fast and it took them just 3 hours, I thought it would take 4 or 5 hours but they did the job in 3 hours so it was good. And none of the stuff was broken, they took care of everything pretty fast.

We highly recommend them

The moving process took around 5-7 hours. They pack very well all your items and furniture and put them in place as per your request. We are very satisfied with the quality, efficiency and rapidness of the service. They have very professional staff and the process ran very smooth. We don't have any complain against them. Love it

They handled not only fragile items with great care but they did with all of the items. All the items that I moved were in pristine condition after I moved, not a single scratch or dent. Experienced movers and I guarantee you that they will do a good job.

These guys were able to help me on short notice, without breaking the bank with unreasonable prices I was quoted with major services. Since they were able to move everything for me, I was able to finish up my duties before heading out and onto the new job site. Got a friend to help me with the other end and the move was overall pretty smooth considering!

Awesome Service

It was a lot easier having them pack up everything then renting a truck and doing it myself and honestly after all cost it was not that much more. It was really nice that Teleport Movers took the furniture apart then put it all back together on delivery.

This was from a recommendation and I wasn't sure about this at first but after carefully checking the reviews and their site, I was convinced that they are the right moving service I need. Prompt and professional movers, who are quick with their pace and yet able to deliver an excellent service. Truly a wonderful experience is what I got from them. I have done my own move with the help of relatives before but its really different when professionals like them do it. Didn't take them to get things done and I totally give them a full rating for their work!

Fantastic Service

My roommate and I went with Teleport Movers once more because of their excellent customer service and professional moving skills. They were fast and careful with all of our things and had us unloaded at our new place in a timely manner. We were were very satisfied with our experience with Teleport Movers. We will hire them again in the future, and will recommend their services.

Highly Recommend them

Moving is inherently stressful but Teleport Movers made it a stress free as possible. They gave us good tips on organizing and packing that helped us a great deal at both ends of the move. The crew was hardworking and very efficient and also very friendly and courteous. They carefully padded and tied in all or our furniture which was delivered without a scratch. I would hire Teleport Movers in the future without looking anywhere else.

The driver tried to rush me because he ...

It was economical, but ... It was okay. I think it was average. It was inexpensive. ...[I think it was contracted out, because the driver] didn't have a vehicle that was marked or anything like that ... He showed up an hour early ... Was frustrated that I wasn't ready. Then he kept trying to rush through the whole thing and end early so he could go to another job. ...I wasn't happy with that. ...It could have been worse but it surely could have been better.

They were very quick at moving, I didn't have a lot of stuff, it's the fact that they were late, they were very late.
