I had no problems with them at all.

It was great! No problems at all. I would tell them to use them because they showed up on time, nothing was broken, the price was great. I had no problems with them at all they were actually really, really good.

Property damage

This company damaged furniture and my car during the move. The owner agreed to reimburse me for $250 deductible for the claim to my auto insurance, but never paid me. I was more than fair with them and could have pursued a larger claim against them for the property damage. I thought they were an honorable company but found out otherwise. Don't even consider using them.

I couldn't have asked for better ...

They guys showed up and I mean they were real cool. Got everything moved quick. I mean, everything went smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better service.

There were a few things that didn't go ...

The moving itself went OK, but there were a few things that didn't go as described to us. They didn't come at the time that they said they were going to come so it resulted in my husband wasting a lot of time waiting around. They were supposed to bring a large enough ruck to move everything in one trip and that didn't happen either. It ended up taking the whole trip which just took longer to do. Those were just a couple of things that weren't good, but the men that came were good. They were professional, they took care of our stuff so we don't have any complaints about the guys that came themselves.

They were late but other than that, ...

As far as packing and them coming down here, they were awesome. But when they got here they were late getting to the storage building to unload. They kept trying to blame us for them being late to get to their next job. They didn't show up until noon and they should have been there at 8:00 that morning. But other that that, they were wonderful.

The movers were careful and polite.

The service was very good. They were very careful with everything, nothing got broken and they were very polite. I enjoyed it. I would recommend them, the pricing was reasonable.

Unprofessional, Unreasonable, and ...

I was told 4 movers would come, and only 3 showed up at least 2 hours late. They were poorly organized, inefficient, and disrespectful. If you told one of them to leave an item in the house, you had to then tell everyone else in the group because they did not communicate with one another. They left trash all over my house and one employee smoked the whole day and threw his cigarette butts on my lawn. They gave me an estimate halfway through the move which was later increased in price with no reasonable explanation. Throughout the day, there was at least one employee working on some issue to fix his truck and not helping with the move at all. The movers even involved me with trying to fix their truck by removing a fuse from the engine of my personal car! At least one of the employees removed his shirt during the move while at the storage facility. At the end of the move I was charged for the full number of hours the workers were on site, and no adjustment was made for the hours spent working to fix their own truck. I was charged significantly more than the two previous estimates I had received, and the final receipt never even accurately reflected the individualized charge--they just put the new increased amount at the bottom. After the move, I got an email from the storage facility stating they had left trash all over their property as well. I called the first business day to discuss with the manager, and he admitted they did a poor job and he had to fire one of the employees involved. Still, they refused to honor the estimates. I told the manager I would not be using them for the rest of my move, and he became irate and called me a "cry baby." He said my wife must have told me to call since a real man would never "whine" about these issues. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and highly recommend not using this company. I have never seen a more unprofessional service.

Efficient service

The movers were friendly, efficient, and quick. The staff was professional and they delivered on-time. I would recommend them. The pricing was good. I have no specific advice to the future customers other than they were efficient and they would be worth using. I received all the services that I have requested.

Walta's Move

I would have given the personnel an outstanding review review because they dropped off a hutch to my niece in Duncanville on the way to my destination without breaking the plate glass doors. That is one of the best parts. There was no extra charge for that. They were about an hour late--scheduled to be at my place at 8 am but did not arrive until after 9 am. They were good at getting things on the truck, but careless with my file cabinets--one had a lock broken, the other a damaged bottom in front. They left a part of my computer desk and the power cord to my TV set at the old place. I was glad I had not moved out of state or all the way across the state. I found those things when I went back the next day to clean. Most of the tape and other debris was removed, but not all. All my pictures were left wrapped in the blankets. They did a good job wrapping them. I have not yet looked to see if there was any damage there. My niece gave them a $30 tip for bringing the hutch.

Absolutely would recommend them

It was excellent. They kept me advised of their schedule as well as mine. They were on time and they were knowledgeable in what they were doing. The movers came and they worked diligently and they got me here safely. I moved several miles and I was just completely satisfied with their work. They were courteous and they were knowledgeable in what they were doing. They did an excellent job -- I was very satisfied. Their price was reasonable. I had prices from several other companies and theirs was absolutely more reasonable, I was very happy with it. I did receive all the services that I requested and I absolutely would recommend them to my friends and family.

Industrious crew, great service

I thought they were fantastic. Those guys did a great job. Number one quality that I like the most about them was that they showed up on time. They were courteous. They were diligent about the job that they did. Like I said, there was nothing bad I can say about those guys at all. They did a great job. Pricing was reasonable for me, less than I expected. I gave the differential to them as a tip. I did receive all the services I requested. I would definitely use them again. If I knew someone who was moving, I would recommend these guys. I didn't do any packing. Most of them were college kids but these were some of the most industrious guys that ever had moved me. So I am not complaining a bit.

Professional and efficient service.

Very professional. Very efficient with their packing. The guys were very nice. The movers were very nice, respectful. They were very professional. The price was reasonable. Yes I did receive all the services that I requested. I did packing of the boxes myself. They did moving and the wrapping. They did a very good job. Like I said the crew were very professional, respectful. For future customers I highly recommend them.

Fairly priced organized service

They were real fast in getting it unloaded. They had to drive five hours, six hours. They got here in time. They met me at storage. They got it unloaded in no time and they made sure that they did it right. So we were pushing lot of stuff into the storage. I had a lot of things that I didn't want to be stacked on top of the others. So they worked around it and they made it all fit. Yes from all the other people we got quotes from, they were extremely reasonable. I think we paid $1500 where everybody else we kept talking to was gonna charge $2500 or $3000. So it was extremely extremely better rate. They wrapped everything for us. They used everything - they had all the dollies and all of that stuff too. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. For future customers I would say that it is a great rate, better than any of the other ones. They had really good rates.

Reasonably priced services and ...

This company is one of the best companies for moving. The prices were reasonable and then the estimate was also accurate to the total price. My only concern about the move is that couple of items were missing, but I am not sure whether I missed them or they missed them. Anyway, I am satisfied with the move.

Very happy with this moving company

We want to say that we're more than happy with the movers we hired for our recent move. To begin with, their services were excellent and they were very reasonably priced, which was great for our budget. Also, they worked very quickly and at the same time were also very careful with my belongings. They were a professional and courteous crew that was friendly and helpful.
