AMAZING SERVICE!!

I had to move last minute due to sudden change in careers and needed a mover ASAP. I first almost went with Texas Movers Group who ended up cancelling my move the day before they were supposed to arrive! I called Texas Top Movers and they sent someone to pick up my items the same day! Not only did they accommodate my last minute needs but the movers were so nice and professional!! Everything they said they would do they did and even helped me pack some of my things that were not in boxes yet. I would recommend TEXAS TOP MOVERS TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!!

Very happy with our move, the team worked quickly and efficiently, much better than we ever could have done! I thought the two men that help me with my move were brilliant, and I could not praise them enough. I would definitely recommend it.

I have used Texas Top Movers personally and even referred them to my parents when they moved a couple of weeks after my move. Texas Top Movers goes above and beyond what is expected of them and do an excellent job. They are always punctual, fast and professional! They were awesome in getting things to the right place. They wrap everything up in moving blankets and stretch wrap so I had no damages. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Good Job!

I hired these guys at the last minute and they were able to get me in. The crew I had was right on time, they called when they were headed my way and gave me plenty heads up. They arrived and got right to work. The movers also wrapped all the large items in a blanket and Saran Wrap prior to loading them on the truck. For two regular sized guys they did an amazing job! Once we got to the new house they unloaded just as fast and then put items back together and hooked up the fridge up and unwrapped everything. They finished right on time and could not have been better. Great job!

The Texas Top Movers were beneficial and friendly staff. The moving crew was very secure. The service is excellent. Storage is clean and secure. I've used this location through 3 name changes, but the quality and service always stay the same. They make sure to cover every hiccup that comes their way, which is supposed to damage my furniture. But luckily, it wasn't that bad.

Horrible dishonest company who steals ...

If you want your DESIGNER items STOLEN in a move,this company will definitely do it!! Had multiple designer items stolen that cost more than the actual move itself,all stolen. My box was ripped apart and re-taped. Not one response from ANYONE at the company,which is so disappointing. They blow you up to get the deal and then completely drop the ball after getting paid. I will be taking legal action against this company. DISGUSTING AND UNETHICAL,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

True professionals

When we decided to move into our new home, my wife insisted me to hire professional movers. Actually she was worried about our furniture. One of my friends suggested me to hire Texas top movers. After talking to them I thought they are very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted me very low. So I didn't hesitate to go with them. During our move they were on time and took extra care of our furniture. All our furniture arrived completely unharmed. My wife was very happy so that she offered them lunch. If we move again we would definitely use them again.

They have very strong men here at Texas top movers. They move your belongings like it is tin cans! They move it so professionally and easily! I hired them last month for my long distance move and it was amazing! They moved me in record time and they covered last minute jobs without any issues. The delivery was perfect too! Incredible team

These guys at Texas top movers are incredible! They are so experienced and professional that simple words do not do them justice. They moved me last month and I was moved flawlessly. The moving guys were super strong and super professional. They moved all my big and heavy furniture so easily! They did not damage anything at all! It is quite impossible, but it is true! I had no problems with the team, the service or even the bill! They are a very good moving company and I strongly recommend them to all.

2nd move was also perfect!

I hired Texas top movers for the 2nd time and this move was also perfect! My first move was perfect and that’s I hired them again. This time too, they impressed me even more. This was a different crew who came to help me, but they were also very efficient, caring and professional. They moved all my breakables, expensive items, household items and everything I own with great care. There were no damages in end too! 2nd time also perfect! I really don’t have anything bad to say about them because they never gave me that chance. All I know is that this is an excellent moving company and everyone should try them!

THIEVES - DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

These people stole my 73 year old mother's purse with $7000 in cash then proceeded to try to buy things at Victoria's Secret with her DEBIT CARD! They also made her leave a lot of things behind and kept a bag of her clothes that happened to have a gun in it.

Not Professional

At first I thought I had found a great hometown company to move my things. I'm a single mother moving me and my 2 kids 1,100 miles away and really thought I could trust this company. On move day they got there and the quoted price was basically thrown out the window...this for the stairs , this not on the inventory list when I know I told him correctly a list of my possessions. Okay so I paid the $ 250 more and thought okay everything should be okay now. 30 days later my things are a day late ...I still didn't trip until they unload everything my Queen head board was broken, the frame was lost and never came. My children's brand new twin mattresses didn't come and after crying and going off they did find them in their wearhouse and sent them a week later . My nightstand was scratched to no repair, my dryer was broken and my box was opened and one of my expensive bags were stolen and of course nobody has a clue what happened and it wasn't on the inventory list because it was tucked away I thought safely in my boxes labeled moms things. I thought I could trust this company and I even told other of my coworkers about them and they also had horrible communication and experiences with this company. I regret using them. I wish I had used the PODS instead...it would have cost more but I also would have all my things.

Hard Working Crew!!

Awesome team of 3 guys. Great packers. Work very quickly and made sure everything got to the destination without anything breaking, scratching or getting dirty. Will definitely use them again if I need movers!!

Deceptive practices, very poor ...

TTM did not provide services as contracted. Deceptive sales agent lied several times leaving me stranded at location looking for another mover. Even after planning every possible detail and confirming it, I was promised multiple times this would be a great experience. Turned out NONE of it happened. Multiple lies, failures, and phones not answered

Worst service ever

The salesman who arranged everything was simply awful just hiding extra cost. He didn't return calls.. I was extremely disappointed with customer service. They ask for extra money upon delivery and threatened to don't give me my furniture. Initially told me that I could pay with card but later mentioned an extra money.I would not recommend this company . My furniture were received in extremely bad conditions.
