Great service, good price, no nasty ...
We recently moved from rural Kentucky, U.S.A., to Freiburg, Germany. The move came at very short notice, so I was understandably stressed. We had moved from South Africa to the U.S.A. 4 years prior, and had had a terrible experience with another moving company. Needless to say I was nervous about going through that again, especially since we were pressed for time. From the day of the first estimate, Dylan and Michelle's service was impeccable. Dylan replied to literally scores of emails from me, answering every question I had, really quickly and professionally. We chose self-pack as our move was to be staggered (I moved ahead of my husband). After The Right Move's selected movers collected our goods, Michelle informed us that our goods may exceed the estimated cubic footage, making the cost slightly more, but I think this was just to prepare us in case. However, once everything was crated they recalculated and the final invoice was almost what the initial quote was and was likely due to my husband adding a few more items, so we were very happy. We received our boxes about 9 weeks after the collection date, all in good order, no breakages or items missing. The local agent they selected was as professional and the guys that actually delivered the stuff were great. So other than waiting a week longer, which wasn't a huge deal, the process was pretty stress-free. I would definitely recommend The Right Move's services to anyone considering an international move.
