Very bad experience

They gave me a quote in a written email. I said fine. I paid an advance a week before. I called two days before the move to confirm, they said everything is ok. But when the day came, nobody turned up. And they charged me double because of the location. I had no option left. I paid the extra amount. Really bad experience with these people.

It wasn't that great.

I was given a certain price, and when they got there, they told me I needed to give them an extra $300... when my stuff was on the truck already, so I couldn't do anything else. And they got here pretty fast. And when they got here, they told me that they couldn't come inside of my parking lot. And they were supposed to bring everything upstairs and put everything together (which didn't happen). They ended up putting everything on my sidewalk, and I had to do it myself.

Terrible company

Worse moving company in the world can't describe this so called business. They reel you in with sweet personable talk, act very helpful and eager to help. Once they get your deposit, no one answers the phone when you call to ask a question, and if they do answer they tell you they're gonna call you back and never do. We were told that they would come between 12 and 2, no one answered the phone for 2 hours and at 3:30 we get a phone call saying they won't be here for another 2 hours. Wow! I'm not even letting these thieves take our things, I will be moving them myself. So if you use this "company" beware and good luck
