If given the choice between having them move me for free or doing it myself - I'd do it myself!! It was THAT bad! Took twice as long as quoted and they didn't even move everything. They did however break a few things. One guy wreaked of alcohol and blamed everything on the office staff. They even had my 13 year old daughter load/unload to try to stay on time. I guess because pissed off 13 year old girls are well known for being real workhorses?? After contacting the office manager, she told me we had WAY more stuff than we should have...not true and that she was shocked by the actions of her employees. She promised to get to the bottom of things and return my call the next day. Never heard from her again. I guess since my check cleared they really don't give a damn anymore! The number one rule of customer service is that a "Happy" customer will probably only tell 3-4 people about your service. An angry customer will tell at least 20. Here's hoping this reaches AT LEAST 20 people besides the hundreds that I already know in this town. Never again...not even if they offered to move me for FREE!

Damaged most of my belongings and ...
The amount of damage this company did to my belongings and home was extensive. I decided to call them (there were even muddy foot prints on the bottom of my dining room table where they had turned it upside down and walked on it, breaking the leaf). I was told someone would call me. Called again, two days later and was lied to on the phone. She said they sent me an email asking for pictures. I never gave them an email. Again she said someone contact me. After several calls "manager" and one of the original movers came to the house to see the damage. The very first thing I showed them, the mover said they didn't do it. I told them, "Yes you did". He began yelling at me and calling me a liar. I told him to get. He slammed the door as hard as he could on the way out. The "manager" took pictures of the damage and even he argued with me. Saying they didn't do some of it. He finished and told me he would be back at 6pm when my boyfriend was home and tell us what was decided. He never called or showed. I called them again the next day. The woman on the phone said she would get with him and find out what was up. She actually called back, not the "manager" like I requested. She then asked me if they could pick up the furniture to have it repaired. At the same time the "manager" was calling my boyfriend and asking him if they really did the damage. WHAT? They can't believe me? Of course we decided we didn't want them to touch our stuff again and the "manager" told my bf that they would only color the damaged areas. I never received an apology for any of this. If you value your belongings, and don't want the extra stress added to your move, find someone that really cares! Not these people!
