I want to take them to small claims ...

I want to take them to small claims court because I told the original sales representative that i can not have a semi truck in the condo development nor in the city because they have to go in the alley. They said Okay Ill make sure yo have a smaller truck. So They were supposed to move me on september 5th or 6th I came by my self to get everything ready and the next day they show up at the condo in a semi. So we got fined for that and I have it in writing that I said for them not to bring a semi. Then they held my stuff hostage and that was Tuesday and Wednesday and I couldn't get my stuff until Saturday because they transferred it into a shuttle and they would not give my stuff back unless i paid 1,000 dollars. And they charged me 1,000 dollars for that until I gave them that much in cash. I was quoted 2,200 dollars It ended up costing me almost 5,000 dollars.

Booking the move was easy, my rep called me and made it easy for me, he was responsive and committed. The movers arrived right on time and were very nice to me and my kids. The foreman made sure at all times that I was comfortable with the movements and heard all my recommendations. They delayed the delivery 1 hr but it was not a big deal. I won’t hesitate to call this company again when needed.
