Is this a real company

The owner/operator of this business is "Lucas". After getting a quote he stopped answering his phone and would not return calls. After a week of calling over and over leaving messages one day he finely answered. He told me he would be out the next day to move 2 small buildings for me. I called the next morninig to confirm. He said he would call me around 2 in the afternoon when he was on his way. He never called or showed up. He will not answer his phone or return calls. This guy does not have poor service he has NO service.
