Don’t do it

Worst moving company ever! Do not go with them unless you want disrespectful,arrogant,lazy movers in your house. I had 2 movers both complained the whole time because they had to work on a Saturday. I now have 2 broken tvs,a chunk taken out of my dining room table,a broken sound bar,and a missing power cord to my grandma’s medical recliner (who has dementia). Made a claim an Shemica the “claims manager” wants to “read” me my contract that I signed but didn’t get to read since my movers were too “busy” to let me read the contract and 98% of it isn’t what I was told nor asked for. I paid for 2 boxes for my tv’s to go in and instead I got a moving blanket and some cardboard taped to the front of it. Save your money and go get a U-Haul and hire someone from their list of movers. Noting I had to do that the following day since the movers I initially hired only moved a quarter of my belongings because they were too stretched for time.

Reasonable price

The move went very good. Brett and Odonnie were professional at there job and courteous ! Thanks if I need to move again I would certainly use y'all and Recommend y'all to others. Reasonable price too as I got 4 estimates. Good luck thanks for everything

Great price

If I could give them six stars, I would. They moved a 700lb safe into my office building. Other moving companies told me no, due to low ceilings. True Friends Moving got the job done at a great price. Thanks, guys.

I would highly recommend a move with ...

Tevin and Devonte were courteous and professional. They took extra good care of my very large antique cabinet and placed it where I wanted it in the house. I would highly recommend a move with this company, and specifically with those two gentlemen.

From the time I submitted a request for quote to the minute the movers pulled out of my driveway, this was top notch service. The Nashville team was so fast with responses and follow ups , not to mention best price, but the two professional gentlemen that packed my things into the truck were hands down the best movers I have ever had. Corry and Jacob were fast, efficient, kind, professional , and made sure every thing was loaded perfectly. In all of the moves I have made, I’ve never seen such excellence service. These two gentlemen are excellent ambassadors for a great moving company and I’m looking forward to seeing them when they deliver at my new residence. Thank you so much for making this move stress free!!

Just wanted to add to my original post below. True Friends did my second move as well and, again, they were great! Devontay and Josh were awesome and very conscientious and professional and so easy to work with, as well as the office staff. They called and followed up when they were supposed to and the movers showed up right on time both times. And followed up afterwards. Not one bad experience either time. So happy I found these great movers! There's a reason this company has such a good rating. The sales team was professional and contacted me several times before my move. The pricing was reasonable. And the moving crew was awesome and on time and never slowed down once they got here and since you pay by the hour, I really appreciated that. The guys were friendly and worked hard and my move couldn't have gone any better. Will definitely use them for my second move into my new place.

They moved everything with care

True Friends was by far the best moving company I’ve ever used! Devontay, Ontario and Anthony were very professional and friendly. They moved everything with care and got the move done in a great length of time. Overall, I highly recommend True Friends!

Quicker than I had ever expected

Everything about the move was great! From the moment I called to reserve the service - all the way until the last package was dropped off at my new address. Reserving a move date was super easy. I had to change the date and they were able to accommodate the change. The movers they sent, Brett and Jadahi, were super sweet and personable. They were in and out (quicker than I had ever expected), double checked everything (old address, new address, and truck) to make sure everything was done right. They asked questions to confirm my desires about the move. Overall, awesome experience.

A week before moving, I had reached out to several moving companies for quotes. A couple had moving trucks included, but few had experience with antique furniture. From True Friends Moving Company, I received a quote with instructions and expected responsibilities for the movers and customer. The attention to detail and suggestions were greatly appreciated. All the pricing of the services were affordable so I took them all and enjoyed my move.

Very friendly

The guys were highly professional, quiet, friendly, and efficient. They even broke down and set up our bed, which may have added to the time from the original estimate. If I were moving again, I would call these guys. Oh, and one other thing - they were extremely prompt. I was told they would arrive between 12 and 2 pm. They rolled up at 11:58 am after calling about 30 minutes ahead to ensure we were ready.

True Friends Moving Company team wrap ...

I've used this True Friends Moving Company twice and would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is reasonable to the area and even if it's more or so for an hour it's worth it! I've used several other cheaper companies in the past and have been disappointed with the service and handling of my furniture. True Friends Moving Company team wrap and pack everything with care and speed. I never felt like they were slowing down to increase their time or that they were being inconsiderate of my things. Once again, I've used them twice, each time with 3 different people, and my experience was excellent both times.

Fantastic service from True Friends Moving. They were fifteen minutes early, very professional and friendly people. They were quick, had my things ready to go soon, and moved me over to my new place in an instant. Hats off to Davis and the team, recommend the unit and call them back for a future move.

NO damaged furniture

I used to be the Director of Business Development of Black Tie Moving and moved, as a Marine military member, I’ve moved over 50 times, so know a thing or two about moving. ???? I just recently had two back to back moves with TF. Both of them went perfectly smooth and NO dinged walls, NO damaged furniture, and no stolen goods. This is unbelievable in the industry. Both my houses were over 2000sf full moves, and the latter was an unexpected packing job for the movers, I ran out of steam. No complains, hustle attitude, actually fun help. They really saved my butt. I’m forever grateful to Chris and his teammates, Odonnie and Jahdia. Impeccable move gents.

I had a 620 lb safe moved and they did a wonderful job. Ive used True Friends moving 4 times now and they always do a fantastic job!! I would highly recommend them!

It was a pleasure having them help me

This is my first experience using a moving company and didn’t know what to expect. Not only was this companies pricing the best, but they worked me in to their schedule for the very next day, when everyone else I talked to were days out and some had even different pricing on different days. Nathan assisted me in setting everything up and was very professional and encouraged me to get other quotes, then gave me his direct number for when I called back. The best part of all though by far, without question, the crew that did my move. Bob, Fasa, and Jacob were top notch, hard working, and had the best attitudes ever! It was a pleasure having them help me. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. If you are reading this review and question whether it’s real, it is, 100% and I felt like I needed to take the time to sit down and give these guys a great review, they deserve it!

I will definitely use them again

The dynamic duo was soooooo good!!! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked fast!!! We were not as ready as we should have been but we could not have done as much as they did!!! I will definitely use them again if need be.

Our moving experience with True Friends Moving Company could not have been a better experience. Our professional movers were Donald and Jahdai and they were absolutely wonderful! Our moving day began on a positive note when Donald called to tell us the time they would be arriving at our home. Perfect! They were very efficient and took great care of our furniture and belongings. The home we moved to had stairs which were steep. They took a lot of furniture up those stairs and somehow managed to manipulate the furniture through the turns in the staircase. They did an amazing job with that and made sure all our furniture and boxes were exactly where we wanted them. In addition to Donald’s and Jahdai’s efficiency and hard work they were great guys who were fun and enjoyable to be with the during the moving process. Donald and Jahdai had a great work ethic and gave great customer service. My husband and I absolutely cannot thank them enough for a job very well done.

True friends did an excellent job. It took longer than anticipated but the guys met and exceeded our expectations. There was a lot of work to do and the two guys were great, good conversation and hard work at the same time

The True Friends Moving Company service we got was the best moving experience we ever had in our forty-plus years of moving around the country and overseas. Our household goods had been moved to a storage unit in Murfreesboro, TN, and just needed to be moved to our new home. I couldn't have asked for a better team than Brett and Kenneth. They were prompt, courteous, and highly capable and careful. Our "stuff" was well taken care of, with no damage of any kind. They reassembled our beds and mirrors and hooked up our washer and dryer. And fast? They sure didn't dawdle or waste any time. Everything went great! The office folks were helpful and prompt as well. The schedule was really convenient for us, as they got our move scheduled the next day after we called them. They were True Friends indeed!

They followed me to my destination

It was a good experience. I'm not used to dealing with a moving company. In the past we've usually got a uhaul and did it ourselves. So this being my 1st time wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I didn't know I had to have my things all in boxes but they still worked with me thankfully. They followed me to my destination to...I'll definitely be suggesting this company to whomever moving plus we when we move in the future......ty for working with me

We did a local move in Clarksville and Jon and Jerry were our movers. They communicated about when they were to arrive and both men were absolutely awesome. Called Chris at True Friends Moving to assist with loading for a long distance move. Chris was responsive, honest, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to listening to our concerns as to what was important to us. On the day of the move we received an advance call confining the following day appointment. On the day of the move Troy Dye and Brandon Barns arrived exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, understanding and listened! The move was efficient and I could not have asked fir a better team to help me. They carefully wrapped up all fragile ...

Zian and Will were AWESOME. They helped us move locally and were on time and professional. They carefully wrapped up all fragile items and ensured their safe delivery. Zian did an awesome job at conducting the whole deal as it's one big game of Tetris! Will was super nice and did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was done how we hoped.

I couldn't be happier with Paul and Charles. They were really on their game. Quick and careful, took the care to pad the exits and corners so things didn't get damaged. They packed the truck really well so I knew nothing was going to shift. They placed things just right at the new place too. Great couple of guys!
