Overall I am satisfied with the team ...

Trusted Movers crew was on time, careful, friendly, efficient and professional. If I could rate the two parts of my service separately these guys deserve a 5 star! I would definitely suggest working closely with their team in order to ensure your estimates are correctly added to ensure there are no surprise costs. (Which there shouldn't be if your inventory list is done correctly). Their customer service team did everything they could to ensure you felt you got the service you paid for and was exceptional with the communicating process. The team reached out the next day to check in on everything and was very helpful in making sure everything was done right. Overall I am satisfied with the team and would recommend these movers to friends and family.

Second time using this company

Second time using this company and once again they were amazing! They moved us from two locations (one with way too many stairs I might add) with no damage to any of our belongings and they were cute too!!

I recently had to moved due to a job transfer. I have never had to move long distance in my life and had no idea how to go about it. In conversation I was informed a use a moving company would be the best way to go. Since I am no longer a college student and don't have the privilege traveling lightly with only the cloths on back I was recommended from my uncle to use Trusted Movers. He told me that his move to florida was very efficient. They responded to his email in a timely manner. The girl Ashley was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable with my decision in using their moving company. Everything made it there in one piece the same way as it left. They even stored my belongings for me for two weeks until I was able to find a place to live for no extra fee. If I ever have to move again I would defiantly use Trusted Movers

Keep up the good job!

This moving company has given me and my family the most stress-free move we've ever had. We moved from Jacksonville, FL to Palm Beach County middle of 2018 and throughout the whole process the staff has been professional and on time. Day before the move, they packed our belongings and followed our instructions to the T and loaded the van. On move day, they left at 5 AM as they have promised and arrived at the destination earlier than agreed upon. The rate they have quoted was exactly as what was signed in the contract and there were no hidden fees at all. We were informed of the fees we had to pay for prior to the move. In fact, I believe we paid half of the quoted price day before the move and paid the remaining balance only after the move was completed. I don't normally spend any extra time writing reviews for certain services but I truly believe that this company deserves this extra time to be recognized for a job well done. To Harry and the crew, it has been a pleasure. Keep up the good job!

I rate this company as a 5 start ...

I can only thank Trusted Movers for their excellent service and very reasonable price. Few days ago when I called at their office for a quote, they sent their onsite estimator. He made a list of the inventory and gave us a quote which was not the cheapest but quite reasonable. However, the moving team showed up on time, did the packing with great care and moved my valuables on time. After checking the inventory I discovered just one broken glass which was nothing comparing with the amount of things they moved. So, I rate this company as a 5 start company.

Salute to Trusted Movers for their fabulous work. I planned for the move in collaboration with their manager and I was able to book a day in which I was free and their vehicles were available. The manager was considerate enough to give me a call a day before the moving. He confirmed the move and early in the morning a crew of movers arrived in my home and passionately embarked on the work. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and were able to finish before time. The delivery was timely and nothing was missing by the end of the process. Trusted Movers are the best movers

Best Moving company

These guys helped me, and everything about it was professional and top notch. Very easy to make reservation, very very clear instructions over the phone and email. They wrapped most everything and moved quickly into storage. I tipped the movers, I like to tip if I feel good service, and I did feel it was.

Excellent service from start to finish. I shopped around for a few moving companies before settling on Trusted movers . The quote that I got from competitors were all pretty similar, but what distinguished Alpha from the others were immediate response and follow up, plus they were willing to accommodate furniture disassembly and reassembly. The time estimate was pretty accurate to move everything from a one-bedroom elevator building to another one-bedroom walk-up building.Where we really saw Trusted movers was the day of the move. Exactly one day prior, we happened to see our upstairs neighbor of the new place moving out, and they had used a different company for movers. It was clear the moving team our neighbor had used was disgruntled; they complained about the 4th floor walk-up that they were coming from, the furniture was not wrapped properly, they left dents and footprints on the walls of our new building, and they always had one person carrying an item, even if it appeared extremely heavy. This group was the exact opposite of Trusted movers's moving team that showed up on the day of our move.The Trusted movers team was prompt. They surveyed the landscape of both places before they started work, and they were un-phased by our third floor walk-up. Our furniture was wrapped very securely, and they were so careful with the floors that they even carried our suitcases instead of rolling them! They worked in pairs when it came to heavy and large items, and they were meticulous enough to watch out for corners and overhead clearing space. Nothing ever touched the walls. We had offered food for the team during the 7.5 hour move, but they had declined, citing it'll make them queasy for the work they still have yet to do. They gladly accepted water and soda, though.I'd definitely use Trusted movers again for our next move.

I don't even know where to start. If there is such a thing as a perfect moving experience, this was it. Our belongings were treated with care and the movers, Darin and Jeff, were great communicators who came up with smart solutions quickly when they encountered challenges here and there. I wasn't stressed for even a second. What I appreciate the most is that Trusted Movers seems to have put in the effort to be as effective as possible in every aspect of their business. Good pricing, good policy, great training, smart communication.

These guys made moving painless. 2 guys came over for 4 hours and moved everything I own. The team was very friendly, the dispatch was very precise and most importantly they were on time!They thoroughly wrapped all my furniture to ensure they wouldn't be damaged. They also had boxes for my tv's to be moved in, and hang racks for my clothes.Trusted moversteam was working hard the whole time. They really earned their money.

I can not express enough the level of professionalism and service I got when I booked with Trusted Movers. From start to finish they were fantastic. From presenting an accurate moving quote to the movers showing up literally on time to the minute. These guys have moving down to a science. They had me out of my place in no time, a feat I could not have done with a handful of my best guy friends in less than 3 days and they got it done in a matter of hours. Hiring these guys was the best moving decision I could have made.

These guys are pros! So helpful, kind, efficient, quiet and careful. We had a very large and complicated move and Trusted's' crew did an amazing job. After a terrible experience the last time we moved , we really appreciated everything they did right. There were clear labels and the boxes ended up in the right rooms. Nothing was broken or lost. The crew was always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile. They were respectful of a sleeping baby, and were totally flexible when obstacles came up.Still waiting for them to help us with a few more things, but we would definitely recommend them!

This review is long overdue. My landlord gave me a flat price to move out after selling the property (leaving me to figure out the move-out process), and with all the inconvenience, I was hoping to pocket some of the money for my future bills. I've only used one other moving company, but they did not service my specific area, so I had to go searching for trustworthy movers to take care of my things. After browsing on internet, I came across this company. Seeing their great reviews, I gave them a call and explained my situation to them.Their quote met my expectations, and they were able to accommodate me within the week. Movers showed up the morning of and got the house empty before I knew it! Everything arrived to the new condo securely and once again, the movers got everything situated quickly. I got a courtesy call the next day to make sure my experience was flawless and the price never went up a penny. I'll definitely be using them again if I move!

To be honest, I've had some bad moving experiences in the past. Whether doing a small move during college or transferring business equipment/furniture, I've tried everything... yellow pages, craigslist, referrals, the list goes on. I've had my belongings stolen, business equipment "missing" and the edges of my doorway destroyed. After a mediocre experience on Yelp, I decided to try it again and contacted trusted Movers. Trusted was very helpful and gave me useful information from the moment I called them. Their no obligation quote was exactly that. They didn't pressure me or make me feel like I "owed them" my business for using their time. They answered all my questions and provided me with an assessment on how long the move would take, how many people I needed, etc. I'm no moving expert but I do know that delays happen so I wasn't going to worry too much about it. The great thing is, even though the quote was 8 hours, they got finished 1 hour earlier! Who does that!? In my past experience, moving companies have NEVER completed a job below the quote. Probably because they know they're allowed to charge the quoted time... and lengthen their work to align with the quote time. Trusted did not do this and they deserve a 5 star review from this fact alone. harry and his crew were early and we went over the specifics of the items. What to watch out for, things of value, and so forth and so on. He was very attentive and even took notes at one point, which says a lot. This displays his professionalism and his attention to detail. I appreciate all that Harry and his team did. To be honest, Harry is actually doing a service for other moving companies because they are so professional and good at what they do, they are bringing back the trust to moving companies.

I didn't use these guys, but they deserve a review for helping me nonetheless. I had a very small move that didn't need 3 hours of time, and instead of just telling me sorry, like several other companies did, they gave me the information of a service geared towards moves of our size. It ended up being the perfect solution and we couldn't be happier that trusted movers let us know about it. Thanks again!

We hired trusted movers for packing/moving/unpacking for our recent move. From the time of getting the quote to the move, everything was efficient. They sent us 3 guys who did an excellent job. They worked steady and solid for the entire time. They communicated well throughout the move like calling us before coming to the house and asking where things should go during unpacking.

Trusted movers did a great job moving my one bedroom apartment across Dallas. They were scheduled to arrive 1-5 in the afternoon, but were delayed on their first move. The customer they were moving earlier in the day was not honest with all they had and the move took longer than expected. They called and told me they were running behind and that I wouldn't be left stranded without movers. It was about 7:30 when they arrived. I know they were tired, but they didn't rush and wrapped all my furniture up in blankets. It was a little after midnight when they finished. Nothing was damaged.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Trusted Movers. I requested a quote online and they called me almost immediately. The person who called me was so helpful and efficient with giving me the estimate and explaining the process. The movers arrived as expected, even a little earlier, and they were kind and respectful. They took great care of our stuff and took time to make sure everything was packed well to prevent any damage. Nothing scratched, nothing broken. We got to our new place and they asked us where we would like all the furniture. It was a pleasure moving with them and most importantly, it wasn't stressful at all. I highly suggest using them, you won't be disappointed

We used them today for moving our 2 bedroom home packed with a LOT of stuff. They were great, and didnt break anything. They brought their own shrink wrap etc. They figured out how to get my treadmill downstairs. Very highly recommended moving comapny!!!

I'd highly recommend them

I've used them twice for moves and it's been great both times. Once in an elevator building and once in a walk up. He and his crew are friendly and very efficient. They don't try to upsell you on packing tape or boxes and they won't drag their feet to bill an extra hour. I've never had any damage to my stuff, even the fancy dishes and fragile items. Overall, I'd highly recommend them, but definitely ask for Harry and his guys!

It was great experience with Trusted Movers. We requested several quotes to different companies but their quote was most professional and detailed. The guys arrived on time (bit earlier which was plus for us) and they called me prior their arrival.Everything went smooth.The man in charge was very friendly and great fun, attitude.I highly commend anyone who needs moving service.

I've moved 4 times in the past 4 years, and have had different movers every time. The movers tended to always be the same. They would work relatively hard, but not care very much about your stuff. A quick blanket over and some tape and they gamble that it will make it over safely. And even if something doesn't, the cost is minimal at the few-cents-per-pound-payout you agree to in the contract. trusted movers were excellent. I have a ton of stuff, so I got a 4 man team led by Harry. These guys took alot of care with everything I own. From my fragile wine fridge to my glass dining table. Nothing was damaged. What's more, the team did everything they could to get what I have where I wanted it. My bed has a huge king size headboard. Moving to a townhouse with 4 floors and very tight staircases, it seemed like there was no way the headboard could fit through the U of the stairs. They refused to give up, and dismantled a fixed washer and dryer in the way just to make enough room to fit it through. These guys working their butts off for ten hours, never slacked, and had the best attitudes I've ever seen. I highly recommend Harry and his team.

I had a great moving experience with Trusted Movers. From the beginning: - Quick response on estimate with clear pricing and no hidden charges - Good process on confirmations, including the day off - Day of move the team arrived exactly when they said they would - Team was fast, careful, and really pleasant to work with as they packed - Trip to destination was a typical trip time. (Once, with another company it took them three hours to make the 45 minute trip!) - Unloading on the other end was similarly pleasant, fast and careful.

The folks who helped me move were fast, careful, and nice. I paid for the deal where they assisted with packing up of items and they got everything to the storage facility quickly and in one piece. They were nice enough to take/ throw out some things that I wouldn't be using after the move. Would recommend to anyone.

This company is a total joke!

This company is a total joke! They left 25% of my belongings behind when they would not fit in the truck, this is after doing 2 visual inspections to insure they had the proper size truck for the move. Then they charged me an additional fee to move the remaining items which were already accounted for in the original quote. They are scam artists. Don't be pulled in by the sweetness and courteous of the original people you deal with. Behind them are the scamers. I missed 3 days of my new job in another state as they would not give me a move date for the remaining items, I ended up renting a truck myself, and getting movers to help me load it and driving it myself to the other state. I am going after them to get that additional money back. Look up Spartan Van Lines in CA, same company, they were on major news channel to expose their horrendous activities and looks like they jumped ship to IL to take advantage of another state full of unsuspecting people.
