We had a car transported from Colorado to Florida. Communication with the company was clear, and the work was as promised. Pickup was within the specified time frame, and the pickup location was even closer than I expected. Delivery was also on time and also closer than I expected. The driver was professional.

It took them little longer to come get the car but once they came and got the car and everything. Everything went smooth. Didn't had any issue with anything. Car got there safely. No problems whatsoever. The guy that came and tried to get it on the truck tied them right and everything. Everything went just fine. Pricing was in the ballpark like everybody else's. I had a set price on the mind at all time to keep it. It went just fine like everybody else's. It went too high too low, I don't guess. Lot of the people say they would do it for cheaper. For what I read through other people and heard from other people say don't use those companies because they won't do what they are supposed to do. I just stayed in the medium range and they did a good job. Yes I received all the services that I requested. They really stayed on top of it. The lady Jessica, that I dealt with - she really pretty much stayed on top of it. Like I said they had truck trouble and so when I called her a couple of days later. The guy's truck was in a shop. She called the guy right on it. She said he would be out there in the evening. Sure enough he was there that evening to pick up the car. This is my first time doing it. Anytime you do some of that you just got to have patience to be able to do it, to deal with it because lot of people don't take lot of things. Basically just got to do your homework and got to have patience.

My car was moved smoothly

Everything good. This is the first time. I just say I like it. First time I am moving. Some company calling us and given the price. I said this is okay with me. Some of them higher so I choose this one. Yes I have received all the services. Whatever I wanted it - just simple thing, just moving my car. The crew were good. They were on time and were friendly. For future customers I just say its a good company, it is a good service.

Responsive and prompt in delivering ...

They were good. They were on top of everything. They kept me posted about the availability of a driver and tried to give me an answer. We were having an issue but the person that assisted me was really effective so that helped. Yes it was reasonable price. I did receive all the services that I requested. The only person I didn't deal with was the driver. The only person I dealt with was the person on the phone. I don't know about self contact or anything but she is the only one I dealt with.

I will definitely recommend them

I appreciate it, If I had to recommend I will recommend the guys, the driver was excellent and he was on time. He kept me informed, when I called him, he answered, he didn't put me off-the driver, he is good and he was sufficient. The prices were agreeable, they have nice really nice prices. He was on time and everything, I paid and I got what I expected. The crew members were professional. I would suggest them.

They were on top of everything

They were very responsive to getting back to me quickly about the things. The prices were reasonable. There was a little delay from when it was originally planned but it worked fine for me. They were reasonably priced and on top of things.

My car was delivered one month late

It was a pain. I wasn't quite happy with that because its moving almost took a month actually for moving a car. They promised me like five days but it took almost a month. That was not good actually. It is not his fault. It is driver's fault - driver took a car and then he didn't deliver it at the right time. He keep telling his truck is a problem. Finally, United Freight has identified another driver and that driver delivered on time. I mean It was okay. They say like three to five days. They should be honest and at least give us a status of what is going on. Last two to three weeks I was troubled a lot. Nobody responded. I sent a couple of mails, left a messages. It was not responded to properly. Finally I was sending emails back and forth to them. Finally one of the manager picked up and he send me an email saying he was going to take care of it. Then it was okay. Once I reached the manager. Whoever was the initial representative he didn't responded. Once I signed the papers and that's it. After that no call picked up. He is like only email and that email also two three days after. He is not responding quickly. That drive me real crazy - what happened to my car. I signed it and what happened to my car. That is not good actually.

Prompt service

The experience was really good and they were prompt and everything was done on time and it was good. The prices were reasonable. My stuff picked up on time and delivered on time at desired location. The staff was good, very professional. I will definitely recommend them, in fact I am a consultant and I keep on moving and I will prefer the same throughout.

The movers were polite, I like that. Everytime I call there was an extra charge I didn't like that. The crew members were very good and they were on-time and friendly. I received all the moving services.

I am happy with their services

My experience with them was good. Whatever they said they did, they said they will be coming to pick-up my vehicle and they came on time and they delivered it in time. When compared to everyone the prices were reasonable. The staff members were good. I received all the services that were requested. I don't have any advice as my experience was good like whatever they said, they did that, I am happy with them.

Excellent service

It was excellent. I really liked the company because when I needed them, they answer. I called them. I wanted to know where the driver was. The company would inform me at what time the driver would be there - where and when. They were very helpful in every way there was. I got everything done with them with good price. The pricing was okay. At first it was kind of hard. It is okay. I understand that I needed fast and they were helpful in trying to get me the carrier rightway. I would just telll other customers that this is the best service. They are always helpful. I wouldn't have to worry about my car. They were there to answer every customer's needs. They were by my side all the time. Other company the new way they wouldn't answer my phone at all. They were giving me lot of frustration. This one was giving me lot of helpful advice and everything.

Disappointing experience

The driver is very nice and stuff at first. The person who said things in Miami, I didn't like the way they do things because they tell me one thing and after that I find out it is another. There was a difference. They told me one price, they said the price is set. When the day for the pickup came, they called me and told me the price has changed. The price changed to $100 more but it was not the price that I was told prior. The guy in Miami - the first one who called me, I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me with a large tone of voice, he was telling me I have no choice. If I cancel I am gonna lose my money that I gave as down payment. I didn't appreciate that. I talked to Jay. They told me if you are talking about the situation, it is the driver who wants to charge more money. The advice I would give to the customer service is if you are not sure, you are not certain you have to let the customer know in advance the price may vary. The price may change to certain conditions. So not just tell them that this is exactly what you gonna pay and when you find out later its more. Some of us will live in the budget. If I know i am gonna spend 500 I know thats what I have. If you tell me I am gonna spend 500 and eventually spend 800. Do you know that I have it? Let the customer know the price has changed. They will know what they are doing.

Systematically done no complaints at ...

Kept me updated on the move. I knew where they are at every point in time. They told me exactly - giving me heads up before the car was delivered. My car was moved in an open truck. They did took care of my car and there were no damages. There aren't any complaints and I don't have any advice as of now for the customer service.

A typical moving experience with ...

He was very fine, but didn't deliver my car at the scheduled time due to a breakdown of the vehicle. However, he delivered the car the next day and he was very polite and helpful. I ended up paying $100 extra on top of the quoted price, which I am not too happy about.

This was the first time that I was moving my car and I was feeling jittery about it. The car was delivered on time as promised and there was no physical damage to it. The driver who picked up the car was very polite and called me three times informing me about the status reports. I felt secure knowing my car was in good hands. Unhappy with the entire experience

The driver is not supposed to drive my vehicle but he has taken my car and driven 50 miles. He did accept the job, but it was very unprofessional of him. The backseat of my car had oil marks on it and it is unacceptable.

A bad moving experience

The driver committed but he had to cancel because he got kidney stones. We were able to find a driver at the last minute. That worked out fine. When we picked up the car it was filthy but we confirmed verbally that it was fine. After cleaning we observed a dent in the roof of the car.

My daughter's car move went well ...

It was my daughter who actually had her car moved from Miami to Utah. At first, they seemed very helpful and we were very happy. They set a date and then said that the move would be done within one or two days from that day. But it was five days later when my daughter had to call them and tell them that they either had to do the move immediately or she would change the company. So, finally, they were able to send somebody to get the car. After that everything else went smoothly. We thought the price was reasonable. We were happy with that. Their communication was good; the delivery went well and everything else seemed to be okay.
