Nice combination indeed

We are some friends live together and study in a university. Last month we decided to move into a new flat. The main obstacle was to relocate everything into our new flat as we had to concentrate in our study. That’s why we hired US express moving. Their team reached in time and started to pack everything. Yikes.

Very dissappointed. The quote was 1500 for a one bedroom apartment. On moving day, they changed it to 2600 even though I actually had less items than my original quote. I expect fluctuation in price, but a 60% change is unreasonable. They were constantly changing the price, several times on the pick up day. They loaded the truck, then changed it again. I overpaid on the actual weight. The person in charge was very unprofessional. I paid for a full pack. They were sloppy. Basically throwing everything into wardrobe boxes very illogically, so when i opened them, obviously, an absurd amount of my belongings were damaged. They were 2 days late for arrival at the new house. When we went to assemble, almost all of the hardware was missing or thrown in the bottom of another box where no one could find it. There's no coordination or consideration between the people that pack and the people that unpack. This is my first time using a company where separate teams pick up and deliver. Yikes. Nearly every item was damaged. Every single piece of furniture. They stripped and/or lost the hardware on assembly. Both teams that picked up and delivered where very unprofessional. There was one member of each team that was a good worker and very professional. You know who you are, gentlemen! Work independently, pleeeease. I wish I could have combined them lol. I know what you're thinking.. I must be super picky and unreasonable. I promise I'm not exaggerating! I know it depends a lot on the individual workers, so I hope that US express pays attention and demotes people that are doing such a terrible job.I think some role reversal amongst the teams would have helped make this move more successful. Extremely caring

I hired US express moving right when they came up with the lowest quote. Their manager remained helpful throughout the process and called from the office to confirm the move next day. The crew of four movers arrived right on time and immediately began working. The supervisor and the entire crew were very friendly and devoted to the work. They didn’t stop working until everything was done. I was only moving across town and the delivery was swift. The quality of their work will surely take them a very long way. A true delight

US express moving had the lowest quote and so I was expecting nothing but inefficiency. But their services completely surprised me. Their crew was very prompt and efficient. All my belongings were swiftly packed into boxes. They even gave my furniture a coat of tape to protect them during the journey. They used a lot of packing materials. But these little precautions helped safeguarding my valuables. I suppose not every company who charges low does a bad job! Read more

They were excellent

We used US Express Moving to pack and move a few months ago and had a great experience. We did most of our packing ourselves, but left the most fragile things for them to pack and they did an excellent job - only a couple of things broke, which is excellent given the amount of belongings we had. I did an internet search for professional moving companies, since I didn’t know anything about them. US Express Moving seemed like a really good option. I called them right away. Getting the quote and setting moving date was simple. Pickup and delivery was on time as promised. They delivered my belongings with no damage done to them. They charged the amount they estimated. They were unprofessional, they quoted me a price and then tried to charge me double than what they quoted me for. They came with an attitude. They were just unprofessional from the beginning and looked like they did not want to work. They promised me things that didn't happen. Read more

Came on the same day and were very ...

The best thing they did was, I gave them a very short time frame... it was the very same day. I only gave them three hours because we needed to move immediately...they said yes, and that kind of shook me actually! I was thinking these guys would say no. Then I thought maybe they would say yes and show up five six hours late but no, they said they'd show up between 2 and 3 and they showed up at 2:45!... Unfortunately some of my items arrived ...

It was not very good. They were late and some of my items came broken, like a bookshelf, a table, a lot of the glass items were broken. And my estimate was $400 off which I was charged on the date of the pick-up. Do absolutely not use them. Read more

Appreciate their honest service

I would say just they were straightforward with the pricing and the rep that I worked with was very helpful. He told me the way it was going to be and it ended up being that way. Obviously there were things like traffic and last-minute items that you don't mention in the original scope, but they were good with taking those things into consideration and I just appreciate their honesty. The pricing was absolutely reasonable, it was among the most competitive. I think it may have been the second best price that I got. Just dealing with their rep is kind of what led me to go with them. I would recommend them. For future customers, I would say talk to everyone, once you set up the form on your site obviously a number of companies will reach out. I would just say - my advice to them would be to speak to everyone, do some research on the companies, get a good background and just kind of go with whoever you feel most comfortable with. Fast service but charged me more

The movers were good and they were fast. However, after the quote that I received, they charged me more. Their packing was good and I received all the services, but like I said, they charged me extra. Even though everything was pretty much in black and white. So I would not recommend them. Read more

It was a very pleasant experience. They were very efficient and very quick. Actually, this is my first time hiring a moving company, so I have no other comparison, but I would recommend them. AMAZING

The move was flawless. Can't recommend US Express Moving enough they were AMAZING!! I just read a couple negative reviews and I couldn't disagree more. I can't say enough good things. I had a pretty complicated move this summer. I was moving from Bloomfield, NJ to Memphis, TN, but I also had some things in storage. I've never used a moving company before, but I thought I would try one for this move. I got reasonable quotes from Joe at the office for different options and also some tips to help facilitate my packing/unpacking. The moving day went very smoothly. While one truck moved items from my old place, a different truck picked up items from the storage facility and DELIVERED EVERITHING to my new place in TN. US Express Moving handled everything like clockwork. After watching them moving a few items out of my old place, I knew I didn't have to worry about them being careful. Everything was wrapped in blankets and you could tell they were really experienced. They were also really courteous and even made sure to not track in dirt on my carpet by placing tarps down. I got the right team... And that makes one of the most stressful things a family can do (did I mention three kids under 5) an extremely pleasant experience. Great Moving Company!

US Express has super competitive prices. They moved my boyfriend and me out of studio (3rd floor walk-up) in about 1.5 hours, and into our new apartment (4th floor with an elevator) in about an hour. 2.5 hours overall, not bad! They gave us all flights of stairs included in their price. I wasn't sure if all of our stuff would fit in their van, but it did (barely) and nothing was broken at all. Outstanding Experience....

This was my second time using US Express, and it was just as outstanding experience as the first time. Oscar and his crew arrived on time, were extremely careful with my items, and operated efficiently. These people understand that your time is valuable and you pay for their time. Excellent customer service all the way

The guys were extremely professional and packed our stuff very well. Five guys did the packing, and they did a good job although they delivered our goods late and we received our goods 10 days late because of Hurricane Sandy. The two guys who came to unload the stuff were not so good, and I asked them to remove debris as my apartment has strict restrictions that state not to throw any boxes by the trash area. I am very much impressed with the movers who picked up my stuff but the guys who came to deliver were not so great. I wanted to praise the people who I have come into contact with while working with US express moving systems. Most people are so quick to complain, but they rarely give compliments. I am so happy with all of the people who helped me move. I received such great service that I was actually shocked at how good it was. The gentlemen who showed up to help us move were the best movers I have ever encountered. I had to tell you thank your for a great job! Great pricing was what drew me to your company, but it has turned out to be so much more than that. I cannot say enough about the value for the money. The man who set up our move was so professional both on the phone and through email. He seemed like he really enjoyed his job. He was not faking being nice. He was not your average pushy sales man. All I can say is that US Express moving systems hires the best there is. He never kept us on the phone endlessly with questions and he always got it right the first time. He was really listening! When the movers showed up, the exceptional service continued. They must have a really great training program at US Express moving systems. Those guys really knew their stuff. They packed so quickly I could not believe how organized it all was. I could have never done my own packing that fast or have done such a meticulous job. When they were done unloading at my new house they took the time to ask if I needed anything else. They did not rush off like they were in a hurry to get out.
