the customer service team was awesome.

So this move had a couple hiccups. But the way the company handled it was top notch. I will definitely use them again. We have a toddler, so had to carefully coordinate babysitting and nap time around the move. The movers ended up coming late (one mover was sick and they needed a last-minute sub). We rolled with that, but it did throw off the childcare planning. Then their truck broke down! More bad luck. But the movers themselves were very friendly and professional, and when I told the company how the move went, the customer service team was awesome. Read more

First time we caved and got movers and will definitely call US moving services again. Though it took twice as long as we expected, it is not from lack of trying. The 3 guys who came seriously hauled butt...we just tons of junk! There was even a small dent in a cheapo Ikea side table, and they discounted our supplies cost a bunch to compensate for it. Pretty sure the discount was more than the table was worth. Even had a follow up call a few weeks after we moved to make sure we hadn't found any other damage or problems now that we were more settled. Honest, reliable, and fast Read more

Moving is stressful and never easy. I knew I was going to use a moving company just not sure who. I found them on yelp and thought I would give them a shot. The guys that they sent were professional and fast! My place was a big 1 bedroom apartment with 24 stairs. I asked them to move everything but the kitchen sink and they did and so quickly. US moving did a great job with my ...

I called very last minute for an end of the month move and they accomodated me no problem. They were right on time, very courteous and helpful, and wrapped all the furniture including a piano, as well as providing boxes for last minute items needing to be packed. They also re-assembled my bed frame and positioned every thing as I requested including placing storage boxes in the closets so I wouldn't have to. I would absolutely use this company again! I was very impressed with US MOVING SERVICES level of service. It's very difficult finding reliable movers in the US, so we did a lot of research before hiring this company. they helped my mother move from her condo to her new house and they were very efficient while also being extremely careful with her fragile items. I couldn't be more grateful for their service. There was actually a hairy start with getting scheduled with this company for my move (originally scheduled me when they didn't have availability - had to then take an extra day off from work), but they more than made up for that. My sellers weren't able to get out of the house on time and the moving company allowed me to make best- and worst-case scenario moving dates depending on when the sellers actually vacated the home. On the day of the move, the three men were professional, took good care of my items, and worked so quickly I was asking them to slow down in this Florida heat- but they insisted they were used to it! I would recommend this company time ...

Moving can be a drag, but I had the most incredible experience using US Moving services. First, they are totally all things certified so there's a layer of security and comfort to start off the moving process. When they arrived, their crew was speedy and efficient so everything got wrapped up and taken down in what felt like the blink of an eye. I loved that they wrapped all furniture in safety blankets to move it, instead of breaking things down or risking scuffs. I was so impressed by everything from their strength to friendliness. It felt like a friendly neighbor was helping me move. Finally, once we made it to my new location, they helped me place things where they belonged around the apartment. I would highly recommend them

I've had really bad luck with moving and hiring movers. I tried US moving services, due to their high rating and was not disappointed. Bringing things down from my unit sucks, and being paid to do it doesn't make the three winding half flights of stairs any easier to deal with.
