Never use them

I am never one to write a review because I just think it’s people that are angry and they just use the review to be hurtful and that is not my intention. My intention is to save people from what I just went through with the company US relocation all I can say is they lied every step of the way And they have you because they have your things and then unless you pay all of the post bid fraudulent up charges then they have your stuff and refused to deliver it to you. My contact at the Better Business Bureau said this is a tactic they bid one price and then they have all these fraudulent add-ons for example I had asked for a very large truck and was told the biggest they had was 26 feet I told him I didn’t think that would work. I sent them a video of all the stuff in my house and then they assured me that it would work and sent the 26 foot truck and then all my stuff did not fit and that is when the trouble began so again and I mean no disrespect to the hard-working people I’m sure at the reload company,but do not use them. Just don’t do it move on and find someone else .
