Nice packing and no damage to the items

These movers were professional. The crew members were friendly and helpful. They help us in fixing some of our things. They took proper care of our belongings. There are no scratches or any damage to our items. All our things got delivered in perfect condition.

They made us pay 300 more dollars.

When i called I got a quote up front. The quote it said 360. When they left the gentleman said we owed them 660 dollars. luckily i had that much on me. I cant imagine why it was that different.

It was good, but one thing I didn't like was they didn't have any set prices they had the charge based on the number of hours so sometimes it takes a long time and ultimately I had to take more out of my pocket. Everything was good except that.

Everything was good except for they broke my glass coffee table glass, it's very hard and important. And when I tried to apply for a refund it was very clear that they would not refund for glass. I'm at a loss, I don't know what to do.

I would definitely use them again.

They were nice. They were on time. They were efficient. They were fast, and I would definitely use them again.

It went well. They were helpful packing and delivering. Everything went fine. The price was fair.

Fantastic Service

We wanted to share our experience with The US Van Lines during our move. Judy was our primary contact and did a smashing job all around. The estimate was right in line with the actual charges and services needed. The men who performed our relocation were great Odas the Forman orchestrated everything professionally and quickly; we had concern with our Grand piano since we had never moved with it prior to this but it was all for not since they took excellent care in padding and protecting it prior to loading.

They gave the job to someone else. They were the agents. So when they delivered the stuff to my house it was only one driver that was there with a big 18 wheeler. I actually had to help him move the furniture. It was very inconvenient for the move, actually. Some of the pieces were actually damaged.

It was good service, they just didn't ...

It was good. I mean, they were so helpful. Everything came as we expected. But one thing which [was] weak service [was] they actually dismantled our bed and did not put it back [together]. So [we] had to do it on our own. But other than that, the actual service was good.

The Movers Were Friendly and They Had ...

They were really friendly and it was really fast, the moving also and the delivery was also very fast ... Pricing was great. It was affordable ... Our experience was really good. Perfect.

I had no issues with my move.

It went pretty smooth, I didn't have any issues with the move. They came on time and they packed things up and loaded them up and the same on the flip side where they got things down.

They did delay my delivery because they had some issues, but overall the service was good. I didn't find any issues with the transport. The thing was, they had some issues over the transport and it was delayed ... three weeks later, three weeks to have that delivered, so that was one thing. For the cars, it was perfect.

Professional movers with competitive ...

I really liked their professionalism and their pricing was extremely competitive and that's why we chose them. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with them, we would recommend them to anybody who is getting ready to move. They were perfect.

Competitive prices, great service

As far as the pickup and everything went, that was fine. It took a bit longer for me to get my things than I preferred, but obviously the weather and the blizzard and everything was kind of a problem. My only minor complaint was that one of their movers pocketed a $20 bill I gave him to pay for a mattress box, but I mean over the whole move that wasn't as big of a deal as everything else, as long as nothing was broken. The price was definitely competitive, but had I known how brokers worked I probably would have just contracted them directly, but at the same time it saved me a bunch of work of looking around. It cost me around an extra $300 to use the broker. Unpacking and packing went fine and everything arrived undamaged, but they didn't do too much internal packing, I did that on my own.

Job well done

It was good. They were very careful with the packing. They were very much on-time with their showing up and getting things done. Price was reasonable. I received all the services that I requested. If my friends and family need a moving company, I will tell them to use this company. Everything was very well done.

Move done in a timely fashion

The movers showed up on time, they were very careful with my stuff and they did it in a relatively timely manner, that is the only question I had with them is getting it done in the manner time that they estimated. The prices were less than many of the others that offered to move me. I didn’t have them to do the packing as all they move was large furniture, they didn't have to pack anything. I received all the services I requested. I would recommend them and I would say add an hour to hour and half on to the estimated time that the person on the phone gives you.

It was fine. The service was okay. The pricing was reasonable. The crew were fine. They were on time, friendly and professional. Packing was done upto my satisfaction. No advice for the customer service team.

STL - ATL

No complaints. Pick up crew was on time and moved efficiently. Origin office was available on the Saturday of delivery in ATL and answered questions about the unload. Pick up and delivering agents called ahead. Overall they made moving as pleasant an experience as moving can be.

Delayed move and they did everything ...

I probably wouldn't use them again, and I think that they were not professional. They had some personal problems during my move, so they needed to go to the hospital, and that delayed our move. Then they did everything hurriedly, and they started throwing our stuff. Apart from that they charged me $1,000 for the packing material. And I appreciate the Movers.com website which is very helpful.

Prompt service and no problems at all

My friend referred me to this company. The movers were on time and got right to work. They were prompt and didn't play around. They got everything moved. All around it was good. There was a slight problem - my door had a hole in it. I talked to them and the company said they are going to pay for it. I had no problems with it. It sure was an excellent move.

Excellently done

It was an excellent moving experience and there was not a single broken item. The movers were friendly, helpful, and professional. They spread sheets on the floor to protect it while moving heavy furniture. The movers handled my belongings with care. The pricing was also reasonable and I am very pleased with their services.

Careful and cautious service

It was a very good moving experience. The movers were careful and nothing broke. They were more than willing to help us. One of them went out of his way to help me clean the house after the move. On the whole, it was a successful move. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good move without any breaks or damages.

Excellent in all categories

I would like to applaud the services of this company that moved me. It was a flawless move, and an amazing experience. The movers were experts in what they were doing. Packing, loading, and unloading was carried out as per schedule. The delivery of my items was done ahead of the said date. Their pricing is reasonable and I paid what was quoted, not a penny extra.

Not at all a satisfying experience

They have delayed the delivery of my items by three weeks. Their customer service is not friendly in answering my queries. They suddenly change the time of delivery which had put me at a lot of inconvienence. Moreover they are accepting only cash and not card. The driver even threatened that unless I pay he will not deliver my items.

Pleasant and stress-free move

The one thing that I was very pleased about during my recent move, besides the excellent services provided to me by this moving company was the pleasant and cheerful demeanors of the movers themselves. Moving is often a stressful job and especially when the weather is as hot as it was, it's easy to be frustrated, but these movers were very pleasant throughout and never complained.

Discouraging move and unprofessional ...

I was very disappointed in the moving company I hired for my recent move for a few reasons. Firstly, the crew who came for the move made a few racially charged comments which I found to be offensive. Also, I thought the customer service was not very good at notifying me of when my shipment would arrive and my belongings ended up being delivered much later than I had originally expected.

My move on May 24, 2012 was handled very professionally from start to finish. The scheduling was easy and Sharon (booking agent) was so helpful and accommodating. Movers arrived on time, worked very hard the entire time, took extra care with special items, and were very pleasant to work with. I beleive the lead mover was "Shaun" and he was professional, courteous and had a great personality. The moving crew made the whole process much easier. This was my second booking with this company and I will definitely use them again.

They did not know what the whole ...

I was moving 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen tables and chairs, a few items in the basement and a fridge, freezer and washer. The men were told just a freezer, washer and fridge....I had to rent a uhaul as they did not have a big enough truck, they were slow moving items. It took longer than it should have and the company did not even offer to pay for the expense much less the aggrivation for me to leave a house on moving day....go rent a uhaul and then bring it back to the old house and run it to the new home. There are many people that would not have been comfortable driving one of those trucks and bringing it back, It was a poor choice of movers. I was greatly disappointed in the company. the representative, Beth, was very nice on the original conversations and I thought she had the information correct although I was wrong. I would not use them and I have told a few people not to use them inb their upcoming moves....too bad, had I had a great experience, they would have a few referrals from my network of business friends and friends in general....
