Good and Quick Services

These movers were good and quick. They moved all the things nicely and safely without causing damage to any items. I'm satisfied with the services provided by them.

The communication was very good. They did what I expected from them in the time of the manner. And they were courteous. They did what I asked to be done.

They damaged a lot.

What happened was... we had items that were moved, and that were damaged, but the gentleman wouldn't put the bunk beds I guess we had together unless we signed the paper that said that he was not liable for the damaged items.

Horrible

It was horrible. It started off in a good place, but they broke a full-length mirror and ultimately tried to hold my items hostage by charging me extra money once they arrived at my new home. I then called the police and filed a police report and I intend to further report them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone who will list them, about what a terrible experience it was. To make matters worse, they actually broke my daughter's bed and then put a piece of tape on it to hide what they had done. The manager is the one who was trying to overcharge me and hold my items hostage so not a good response from him. In terms of the follow-up, I left a message on a voicemail over that weekend (cause it happened on a Saturday or Sunday) and no one followed up with me after that.

We were very satisfied

They were very professional they came in and wrapped everything up and we were unloaded in a couple of hours, we were very satisfied and everything was fine.

Overall They Did a Good Job

Overall good job, it was a long day, a hot day. The only problem was I needed ladders that were lost during the move in the house to help me settled in the house.

Everything was fine

Everything was fine but I got a flat rate from Jonathan, but once they got there they recalculated the price, they were very particular about the art. once they dropped us at the house we were moving. And they kept the things and left. I was running behind them. And to this day my fridge trays and plates are missing. I have been calling them and Jonathan has been saying its the glass ones and I don't know, my fridge trays are missing.

I did have a problem with setting up appointment dates, so my initial contact with the company, the person I talked to didn't have the right information. He put me on the wrong date. That was the only problem I had. They already took my money so i couldn't change the date.

Good Experience

Setting everything up went very well. The young lady, Carmen, that I talked to was very helpful. They called a few days prior to and changed my move time, which was a bit convenient. The ones who helped with the move were helpful, the lead man was not the most professional. Overall it was a good experience. It took them longer than it should have, but overall it was good.

Terrible Experience

They were terrible! They told me my stuff would arrive 4-5 days after the move. It wasn't until after 25 days that I received my items. Once they did they charged me an extra $200. Terrible company, stay away.

They promised me to have my furniture delivered by... They picked it up on the 20th - 7 to 10 days after that, they were supposed to have it here. Okay, they didn't. Something I can understand -- a delay. They just got here today. It's raining. The driver... whatever he did, I don't know what he did when he came into the complex, but he knocked the fender off of Uhaul's truck. So he out there playing around, trying to get the fender back on. And it's steady raining. You know, got a little break in the rain. It's drizzling. It's still raining, but I don't want my stuff getting damaged and wet.

ESTIMATE WAS INCORRECT

THEIR ESTIMATE WAS INCORRECT AND WHEN I TRIED TO REACH THEM TO HAVE IT CORRECTED THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY CALL SO I DECIDED NOT TO USE THEM. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO CONTRACT AND THEY AVOIDED MY CALLS AND EMAILS THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY $200. $200 FOR AN ESTIMATE, THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS. CHECK THEM OUT THEY ARE AWFUL DIANE ELMENDORF THE OWNER WOULDN'T SPEAK WITH ME OR RETURN MY CALLS. THEY EVEN THREATENED ME. I'VE BEEN ADVISED TO CONTACT THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME.

Like the similar reviews I had a horrible experience dealing with this fraudulent company, but I will spare you the details. Instead look at the evidence, ALL 1-star - The majority sharing stories of criminal fraud/theft/negligence. Rip Off Report: 20 separate reports filed regarding the Miami and Norcross, GA sites highlighting fraudulent business practice. Google Reviews: multiple SUSPICIOUS reviews (5 that appear to have favorably rated the same two moving companies) similar to the Yelp reviews: fraudulent business practice. So needless to say, AT BEST, this company has a 50/50 chance according to Google Reviews alone to give you the type of service a standard moving company will provide you. AT WORST, your belongings will be damaged and/or lost (they lost approximately $1000 of our items and reimbursed us $75 [60 cents/pound]), you will be overcharged, and you will be subjected to suspicious business practices that may or may not be criminal. Are you willing to risk it?

They stole my money

I explained to them what I needed to move. They did not send the equipment I needed for the move. They wanted to charge me over $1000 to move what I need to move. They needed a lift. Instead they just sent 3 guys and wanted to do it manually and said it would take an entire day to do the job. I ended up doing myself and two laborers. I asked to speak with the person who took my order. They just transferred me to someone else. They kept saying sorry.

Part of my shipment is missing

I was satisfied. But part of my shipment is missing. So I am trying to file a claim with them, but it has been a long process.

Overall good job

They came to my home to give me a survey and delivered on what they quoted. I had to pay a little bit extra because I didn't package my mirror properly but they came on time and everything arrived in one piece.

They were late and broke my lamp.

They came really late first of all, the stuff came really late even though they told us it was going to be much sooner than that. it didn't happen. They said no according to the contract it was going to be seven days, then after the seven days I called again and they said it was 10 working days. I told them that I was informed seven working days and they said no that's not what it is. So I said okay, then after they came I didn't know that the truck couldn't come inside. I have to pay extra and I have to pay extra. And they didn't inform me about that either. When they came I was not prepared and they told me oh now you have to pay this much money for the other thing for the... to come inside, I said okay fine, I don't have a choice now...Even the guy who came with the truck he broke my lamp too in the house.

The whole thing was not professional.

It was not a good experience. They arrived two hours late. And when they were 30 minutes late nobody called. They gave me a window, and at the end of the window at 5, 5:30 came and nobody called. 6 came and nobody called. I had to call the office for someone to tell me they will try to call the guys, see where they are, and call me back. It was 7 when they got to my house. Then there was broken furniture. A glass table had a crack in it. And I had a bookshelf that was scratched up. So no I did not have a good experience. I will not use them again. I will not recommend them to anybody. They were not professional at all. The whole thing was not professional.

It was a very positive experience. Unfortunately, I'm a frequent mover. I've relocated across the country a few times. By far, it was one of the most pleasant experiences.

It was a good experience for the most part. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They did attempt to reschedule for an inopportune time when I said that didn't work for me. They went back to the originally schedule time. The one negative was that they didn't make clear was payment would be made in cash or credit card. There was a large surcharge for using a credit card. So, I had to pay a large 6% more simply because it was unclear to me to pay cash, in order to get the quoted price.

Overall I liked the service.

Well, they tried to take advantage of us. They broke half of our stuff. They had no respect for what they were moving. So, I really didn't care for them.

I would never use them again.

The guy I initially talked to, who was supposedly the owner, was very personable the first time around. But they got my move incorrect. So they initially gave me a quote that was half the price, but I come to find out they didn't include all the items I told them I had to move Then they informed me it would take 7 to 10 days for my things to get from Atlanta to Pittsburgh, and suddenly the day of my move, they called me to tell me they only had one truck going up north for the net three weeks, and if I didn't move my things that weekend, they wouldn't be able to get my things up to Pittsburgh for another three or four weeks. So I gave them a lot of hell to pay for that and ended up with a discount on my move. But I would never use them again.

It cost a lot more than it should have.

It cost me a lot more than I thought it was going to be. I told them what all invoked, that we had a piano, that it was up going two flights of stairs at the destination. They loaded the truck with the piano when they got here and tried to tell me they couldn't unload it. The day before the move, the manager called me and said, three guys isn't enough since you have a piano and it's going up stairs, so we're gonna add another guy. So they added another guy. Then they tried to tell me they couldn't move the piano. They ended up moving the piano, but they weren't prepared for it. They didn't have the proper equipment. It took a lot longer than it should have and it cost a lot more than it should have. I really wasn't very happy with it.

The actual move itself was not good. Setting up the move on the phone with the agent that was used was very good, she was very helpful, but the actual movers themselves were not good. They were quick but they damaged a lot. I was charged more than what I was quoted. When I did call to complain because they left a lot of stuff at the old house, when I called to speak to a manager, I called twice and I've never gotten a phone call back.

They broke several pieces of furniture, they were a little bit on the rude side. They didn't care about anything except slamming things in the truck and getting it out of there. The person I dealt with in their office wasn't interested in talking about anything that got broke[n]. They were just not a good company to deal with.

It was an excellent experience with them. They were helpful, they were pleasant, they were nice. With the condition I'm in, they made the move worthwhile. They didn't argue back and forth and they catered to what we wanted done, I couldn't thank them enough for that.
