WORST EXPRIENCE EVER

This is ABSOLUTELY one of the top 5 worst experiences of all time we have ever been through. When I spoke to the lady who answered the phone, she reassured me we would be able to move in ONE day, on 12/6/21. I let her know it was a 4 bedroom house with a basement and she reassured me that it was not going to take all day to get out of the house. I then I spoke to a manager I let him know that we had to be out of the house by 5pm and he reassured me that they would be out of the house by 2 or 3pm same day. I thought was paying $385+ per hour and noticed that the workers were not moving very fast and that we had six, sometimes seven workers. When I got the bill, it was $508 per hour. Seven workers cost more money and increased the hourly rate. We unfortunately were not able to be there for a few hours as we were closing on our new home and setting up the utilities a the new house which we had to be there, which was only 15 minutes away. During our absence, our neighbor noticed a few of the workers moving extremely slowly and texted us saying they were standing around at times. Ninety-five percent of the house was packed up .. I was charged for more boxes, especially wardrobe boxes than were used. We personally took all our clothes, pictures, plants, lamps and other items that they charged extra for so why was I charged for so many wardrobe boxes, 12 at $19.00 each, still looking for those boxes!!! They charged $956 for boxes and materials, including 54 rolls of tape at $5 per roll and 4 shrink wrap rolls at $50 per roll... I assure you this is not the case. The workers got there at 9:30am and they did not get done loading our stuff until midnight and had to come back with our stuff the next day to unload. Amazingly, it took 16 hours to pack the trucks and only 5.5 hours to unload..... we were able to monitor them the whole time the next day. This move cost us $9200+!!! They charged for 22.5 hours of moving time including travel time. This was with6, sometime 7 people..... do the math. They broke some fine china (I saw it happen) and when I asked where the china was, they stated it was in one of my bins. I made a claim and the china could not be found anywhere so I am assuming they took it. Amazingly, they took pictures of china I had in a box that I got for $9.99 and said they would pay that - it was not the same china and I also had other items that were broken that I still have not received any settlement for. They make you sign documents and have them notarized and witnessed but they won't pay. I would even settle for them replacing the china but after a back and forth, they are now silent. In addition, I am missing items that I personally packed, they are nowhere to be found in this move. Hannah was the manager I was talking with and justified every horrible experience as that is just the way they do business. My voice in this matter was not heard and I wasted my time and

This amazing moving team arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and carefully and went above and beyond helping us with furniture placement in our new house. Most movers you will meet absolutely loathe their job. Of course, moving heavy things cannot be fun. But I felt like the movers from Usa Family Moving enjoyed their job. They worked very fast and I mean very fast. They were really swift with the packing and loading process. The delivery was made on time and the men unpacked everything. They put all the boxes in the right rooms and they asked whenever they were in confusion. It didn’t even cost me that much for the amazing services I received. Completely satisfied

Usa Family Moving is one of the best moving companies I have ever used. I shift apartments each year and have used different movers to move all my stuff. The people that came to move the stuff were super accommodating, helpful, clean. They moved everything to my new apartment in a proper professional manner. There charges were way lower than the movers I have used in the past. All my stuff was moved by them. I would highly recommend this service to everyone and would never hesitate using it again.

Very impressed

We hired them for our move three weeks ago. They were inexpensive and very efficient. The four movers were very helpful. They took just 2 hours to pack and load everything from our 3-bedroom apartment. Such speed usually comes with major oversights. But these guys were very thorough. Perhaps their experience helped them in being so efficient. I was very impressed with the movers throughout, especially given how friendly and helpful they were. I will hire them again for sure.

They crew who he sent was well mannered; took care of my family, belongings and my pet. Would use them again

They have everything that someone looks for in a moving company. We recently used them for moving services. They were truly professional about the whole move from start to finish. The movers worked non-stop. They took apart all my items and put them back together when they arrived in my new home. Although I told them it was okay if they didn't reassemble my items they said they are doing what I paid for. I am glad that I had such honest and generous movers. No problems at all

Very happy with our experience. We were worried about the entire shifting process but Usa Family Moving made it an entirely hassle-free experience for us. They were approachable, polite, well-equipped and within six hours, we had relocated ourselves completely. We couldn’t believe it. Their charges were so reasonable and properly defined. I was a little skeptical especially about my glassware because some of it is ancestral but I had absolutely nothing to worry about once I saw the care and expertise with which all the goods were being handled. Some of my stuff such as furniture required to be disassembled prior to packaging and transporting them. The guys from USA Family had all the right tools to get the job done and proceeded to pack my things in boxes for safe travel. In the end, all my things were delivered in top condition. They reassembled everything and even helped me in putting my house to order. I'm so impressed by these guys.

I was having a hard time fathoming the fact that a few strangers would take away all the things I own and between the time of the delivery, mishaps were only a regular occurrence. But the movers from Usa Family Moving proved to be very reliable and I really thank them for being so. They were punctual, efficient and very friendly. I moved from Maple Grove to Minneapolis this year and thanks to USA family my moving was done successfully and without problems. I am glad that I had the possibility to work with professional movers who knew how to do their business and who were working fast enough to move me on time. Also, the price I paid was sufficiently affordable.

For now, I consider myself fully sorted out in terms of relocation. There is nothing more that I need. I have Usa Family Moving as my ideal relocation company and I am fully contented with that. Those people deserve some glory and honour. I was relocated so peacefully without any single mistake being involved. I had never imagined it to be so easy.
