LIAR/FRAUD/SCAM- AVOID USA RELOCATION ...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY > Please read all the reviews before you commit. They arrive 48 hrs after they had told me they will come. I had talked to KEISHA and JOY ( WHO I CAN ASSURE YOU WILL BE THE SWEETEST PERSON ON THE PHONE TO GET YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU initiallly sign the contract. It is amazing how these ladies change into MEANEST/ NASTY PEOPLE AND IGNORE YOUR PHONE CALLS THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF YOUR MOVE WHEN YOU WANT YOUR STUFF MOVED. They also have phone IDs SO THEY CAN CONVENIENTLY IGNORE YOUR CALLS. They made me hostage at my homefor 48 hrs-- JOY will always be on lunch even at 4pm when i called and will never return calls..YOU call JOY and the sweet and nice person changed into this nasty / evil person> she kept screaming at me that I WAS WASTING HER TIME AKA asking her to do her job,,,,But it gets better> the next day the movers come IN > THE guy is watching football on his i phone,,, ASKS ME TO SIGN A BUNCH OF PAPERS AS SOON HE STORMS IN MY HOME> WILL NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING> He throws my stuff around in fact he unpacks my well packed stuff and throws them in a big clothing box> next tapes everything using my tape > will not answer my questions. In the end presents w/ a paper and added $800 more to my estimate > the cost $200 for his packing material that he used mine, $300 for warehouse fees which was never mentioned to me before ( still do not know what those fees are)>he argued with me and charged me with 50 cubic feet more another $300 - did not explain me h
