AWFUL customer service. Yelled at me. ...

This was an AWFUL experience. The cost ended up being way more. I get that,because I underestimated how much we had,but then we got treated awfully for the mistake even though they charged 2,500 more and had more than enough space. Then when I talked to customer service it was AWFUL! I started explaining how the movers had promised getting it there sooner and now we were delayed and they interrupted and when I responded they started yelling. They were EXTREMELY unpleasant to work with. On top of that: they left a hole in the house we left,and they made a huge mark on the house we moved into AND scratched our hardwood floor. Then they made it difficult to get insurance. AWFUL. Choose someone else.

I had to pay twice the amount

The problem I had was that I originally moved in a container so I know how big the container was. It was 300 cubic feet. So I told them I need 300 Cubic feet. And after packing they said I need 600 cubic feet so I ended up having to pay double of the original price. I was not able to verify any of that.

Allan, together with his team helped us move a 3 bedroom apartment to IL, and the overall experience was a worth remembering of. They were on time, friendly, and fast. They got all our furniture packed and unloaded in less than two hours! They were careful with all our items and wrapped everything for safety. Arrived at our new place with everything intact. The whole process went very smoothly.

Satisfactory Service

We just used Valiant Movers .and I'm already logging in to sing their praises. They were referred to us by someone involved in the furniture business who uses them for both personal and professional reasons. So we knew they were reliable. We called and easily booked. We even had to later reschedule our move date and were able to do so quite easily without any difficulty. On move day, a three man crew, arrived on time, promptly at 8:00 am as scheduled. They were kind and careful. They were quick and thorough. Very hard working. It was hot out and they spent a lot of time in our walk-up attic carting things to the truck outside. Upon arrival at our new place again, the guys worked quickly and carefully to unload our belongings. We were really happy with the entire process and appreciated how hard the guys worked. We were very relieved the whole move went so well. The cherry on top is that their prices are competitive/less than some of the other movers you often see on the road. We would recommend this company with two enthusiastic thumbs up.

It was good, they showed up on time and did everything early. They did things quickly and didn't break anything, they were friendly and it was a reasonable price.

will definitely use again

Our new home wasn't ready when we sold our old home so Valiant packed everything, took it to their warehouse and then delivered everything to our new home about 2 months later. Both teams that I received were truly great and hard working men. I will definitely use them again next time.

job well done

The job was very well done! Their willingness to always want to help and be flexible was what made everything easier for me. They were very nice guys and I would use again if I ever need to. A big thank you to anyone in their team that was involved!

Don't use them ever

We were given a quote after going over every item we had in the house. When the movers showed up they came in a truck with graffiti all over it and only two of the men spoke English. They more than double the quote and since we had to be out of the house our hands were tied. I was told by Aaron that it would take 4-7 days but the movers said 7-14 days. What they didn't tell me that was after it was picked up it would sit in storage until they had a truck ready. So to my surprise when I called a week after pick up they said it had just been picked up from storage. Now the driver called and told me that because they will have to switch trucks it will be an extra $600. He said he would be here between 10-1,then narrowed that to 12-12:30. They got to our place at about 1:30. As they were unloading we noticed multiple broken pieces of furniture and smashed boxes and plastic tubs. The delivery guys were great and felt really bad for the broken stuff. Never use them unless you like to pay too much money for broken items.

Valiant movers is a great moving company. I would for sure recommend to anyone. They were very organized and experienced. I did not manage to finish my packing and they were able to do that for me and at a reasonable price.

I have probably moved 5 times in my lifetime and Valiant movers is on the top of my list from now on. I do not think I will use any other mover from now on. They were truly fantastic.If you are searching for a moving company, i would not hesitate to use these guys.

Easy and breezy

Easy and breezy, no troubles throughout the move. All of my concerns were always raised and answered. Communication was always easy and making changes was easy as well since we reserved with Valiant directly, which also landed me with a nice discount! Thanks to everyone who was involved in my move.
