IF THEY BREAK, YOU PAY!! NO ...

My family is now without a dining table. The movers broke it and blamed it on us. They came out to look at it only to do NOTHING ABOUT IT. They continued to pass the blame. They will not pay for the table they damaged. They have not even offered to pay a portion for the table. It cost more than the move. This is not a professional company. There's not any professionalism whatsoever. Accountability? Forget about it. They advertise that they're insured, but it will not benefit you any. Read more

I called VIP Moving Company late one afternoon. Mark met me at my storage within 15 minutes. He gave me a reasonable quote to repack some of the stuff, load the truck, drive it to my home in Amarillo, Texas, and unload it in my garage. A crew of about five men were there at 8:30 a.m. the very next morning. They had me loaded in and ready to go in less than an hour. Mark supervised and assisted with the repacking of some of the more valuable things, being so cautious and careful with the breakables, and only one guy, Jerome, delivered my things to my home near Amarillo. They did not damage a single thing. Mark and his team are professional, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who has more to move than any one person can handle alone.
