IF THEY BREAK, YOU PAY!! NO ...

My family is now without a dining table. The movers broke it and blamed it on us. They came out to look at it only to do NOTHING ABOUT IT. They continued to pass the blame. They will not pay for the table they damaged. They have not even offered to pay a portion for the table. It cost more than the move. This is not a professional company. There's not any professionalism whatsoever. Accountability? Forget about it. They advertise that they're insured, but it will not benefit you any.

I called VIP Moving Company late one afternoon. Mark met me at my storage within 15 minutes. He gave me a reasonable quote to repack some of the stuff, load the truck, drive it to my home in Amarillo, Texas, and unload it in my garage. A crew of about five men were there at 8:30 a.m. the very next morning. They had me loaded in and ready to go in less than an hour. Mark supervised and assisted with the repacking of some of the more valuable things, being so cautious and careful with the breakables, and only one guy, Jerome, delivered my things to my home near Amarillo. They did not damage a single thing. Mark and his team are professional, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who has more to move than any one person can handle alone. They will take good care of your needs and of your belongings.

Only two movers come they movers broke the knob on my bed they did not tell me they scratched my furniture they quote you you one price and if they stay longer the price changes and the reason for that is they have a slow pace about how they are trained in order to make the time go by to make more money I olny had a small one bed room apartment and it took them four hours to move my things and I did not have a lot of furniture and they chared me$323.00 I called Mark and I let him no about every thing and he was supposed to call me I never heard from him

Relocation to Houston Area

Mark Hall personally supervised the loading and kept our items overnight in a secure location. The movers then delivered our items the next day to Sugar Land. The movers were professional and courteous. They took care in loading, transportation and unloading/ set up of items. I would highly recommend using VIP Movers.
