It went very very smoothly

It went very very smoothly, they came in they took great care with all of our furniture. We had had an extremely horrible experience a few years when we moved, so my husband was on them constantly. He said they were very careful with all of our furniture. I think there was a point where they accidentally hit one of the walls and made a mark. They made sure my husband knew about and it was no big deal but they were very conscientious and very professional. They did it in a very short period of time, it wasn't a large move anyways but they didn't drag it out. We were concerned because they were being paid by the hour but they did a very good job they were very on top of it the whole time.

Seek business elsewhere

Don't even think about using this company to move! Contracted with them to move on a Friday. Very nice and professional up front and called to confirm they would be there between 12 noon and 3 pm. They did not show up. They did not call. They did not respond to calls or e-mails. They offered no explanation and took no responsibility for the poor service when I called the next day. In fact, some guy named Salvador tried to put it back on me that I was being inappropriate and rude when I complained. This company SUCKS!

It was very good, on a scale of ten they were probably a nine. It was not cheapest but it was acceptable. The movers were very pleasant. They had everything, they wrapped everything and tried to do their best, sometimes too much. They were very professional and there was no damage.

HIRED VIP MOVING SERVICES - MR. LERRY WILLIAMS OWNER - HOUSTON, TX 77035 - THIS WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE. MY 3,200 SQ FT HOME WAS PACKED IN TRUCK WITH MY 3 CAR GARAGE. I HAD MY THINGS MISSING, DAMAGED AND BROKEN. THIS STARTED ON FEB 7TH, 2014 AND AS OF APRIL 20TH, 2014 HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED WITH BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! THEY OWE ME ABOUT 1,900 EST. I HAVE PICTURES, AND TEXT THE MOVE WAS ONLY 20 MINUTES AWAY! THE TRUCK LEAK - A LOT OF MY THINGS CAME UP MISSING MR. WILLIAMS WAS THE ONE WHO GAVE ME MY EST! HE KNEW WHAT I HAD AND WHAT WAS MISSING!, DAMAGED AND BROKEN!

It was good

It was good the guys were pleasant,they were working hard, they moved as fast as they could, I didn't think it was going to be that expensive, but they did what they could as fast as they could. I didnt know that they were going to charge a base rate of 70 dollars, they didn't mention that, they only mentioned the hourly rate of 99 dollars an hour. They need to be upfront about any fees that they are going to charge.

It was okay

It was ok, they were on time they moved me, they took stuff apart, they set it up and everything was fine and nothing was broken. No issues at all with the crew member or with customer service. The pricing was okay, the only thing was that when I went online to check out the movers and what to do, I wanted to pay them once they got my things because it said to pay them when they arrived before they start unpacking, they didn't want to accept my money. They waited till after we were complete and then they wanted to accept my money , and I asked them why and they said they wanted to make sure everything was setup, so it was like they were continuing charging me, for each minute until they were complete with everything and then the time stopped.

They excelled at what they did

They did show up on time. The only thing that I didn't like when they had to take down my sleigh bed, they didn't had this peculiar wrench. I thought they should have more tools. That is thing they could improve on. Having all the right tools to take down or assemble stuff but I was very pleased with their services. The price was within my budget. I think it was good. I think it probably went a couple of hours over than the budget I expected. To get it out of the building was very difficult without the elevator. It was too large for the elevator and they had to take it down the stairwell. They were able to do it without damaging the furniture that I was afraid of. When they brought the furniture they were going up the stairs not down. That should have been easier but it was very tricky. They were able to navigate. That was the key. Because I was afraid they couldn't get it out of the building. They are strong and knew how to do that. They could have easily damaged the product, the furniture. They were good at that part. That is why we respected them the most. The fact that they were able to get it out. Being creative and very tricky. I knew it would be. That is why I didn't get an amateur, I would get a professional. They knew how to do it. It was difficult but they made it happen. I think that is why it went over time because it was tricky. It wasn't like you just throw it on a dowel, put it on a elevator, and move it out. It wasn't easy. It wasn't simple at all. That is why I didn't complain about the money because I knew it was tricky. The fact that they didn't damaged it. That was very important. I will have to use them again. Packing was to my satisfaction. It wasn't any superwrapping or anything to be done. It was mainly big pieces. For future customers I would say they are good at what they do and I would use them again. I would recommend them.

Great quality move

My move was good. It was good quality, there wasn't lot of material to move and there wasn't a lot to do but they were quick and they did a good job. They have good prices, that is why I went with them, they were the cheapest. The staff members were good guys, they were on time and friendly. Packing was done up to my satisfaction.
