They were unprofessional, took more than 14 business days to bring my stuff, most of my furniture was damaged and they charged twice as much as the original price, they made me sign a lot of things and at the end they just made me accept what they wanted. RIP OFF STAY AWAY

The driver Ben came to my apartment with an attitude and was very lazy and on the phone talking instead of helping his worker. Me and my husband had to keep asking him to help his worker but he said he was making phone calls that he would get to it in a minute. He also complained about everything he did and rushed through the job and put all the work on his partner. He then lied about the price over the phone and then once he called before reaching me he said that price was not guaranteed. He walked back and forth rushing his partner to hurry the job up while he talked on the phone saying he's the boss. This BEN dude is unprofessional, lazy and rude! The head mover was really good

They came that morning, picked up the stuff, and packed everything in the truck. The head mover was really good. They picked up my stuff on a Thursday, they notified me that it was on the way down and it got here on the following Wednesday. They charged more than what I was quoted for, when they got there they said I had more square-footage, which I don't really believe, but it was only me there. They took a little bit longer than they originally told me, but I finally did receive my stuff and everything was in good condition and everything that I needed, came through. Read more
