The one thing I would like to say is the gentlemen that came to wrap up my things to put them in the truck to take them were really good, they were excellent, everything was wrapped professionally. I did give them a $20 tip, he took it out of my hand, put it on the clipboard and never said thank you so that kind of disappointed me. The truck broke down on the way from NY to AZ so they had to reload it onto another truck and all the boxes were upside down and some of my china was broken because the boxes were upside down and smashed. I did get my things on time and they kept me informed on when they were going to show up, the driver was excellent I can't say enough about how good he was trying to unload the cargo to my storage place. As a whole I would give them a 75% rating.

This was easily the most painless ...

This was easily the most painless moving experience I’ve ever had! For minimally more than doing it all ourselves, we avoided any heavy lifting and driving a giant truck across the state. The guys asked about anything they were unsure of, and padded every item that wasn’t in a box or bin and could potentially be damaged. They were prompt in arriving and stayed until each item was placed where we wanted it. We could not have asked for a more professional and stress free move. Thanks!

These guys were awesome. It was a local move for a one bedroom apartment. The movers arrived on time, worked quickly, and took extreme care of my belongings. There was an issue with my apartment elevator, however, they were able to work around this without losing too much time.

We were truly impressed with the service at We Move You Inc. We had a number of very valuable items that we really didn’t know how to move without damaging them. Easy move

About two weeks ago, I hired We Move You to move from New Jersey to Florida, and it was the best decision that I could have made for my move. Their team was so professional and courteous; the way the wrapped the furniture put my mind at ease. I didn’t have to worry about any damages. They came with all necessary equipment and packing materials. That’s one of the reasons why the move went so smooth. My crystal and dishes that they packed arrived at my new home without one thing breaking. We Move You pricing was excellent. I am grateful to their foreman Anthony; this guy gave me many suggestions for keeping my move price on budget without cutting any corners. I wouldn’t think in a million years that I would have such a unstressful move. Thank you We Move You... hoping not to move again, but if I do, I will definitely use you.

I needed a bigger place so I decided to move out of my two room apartment. Was really glad I hired you guys for the job. The team was courteous and helpful and they really took care of the furniture and the many boxes I had lying around. Walter, Rob and the crew were really great too. So, great job guys!

I used a special coupon from the we-moveu.com website when I hired them for my move. I got 5 free boxes which I used for storing my wardrobe items. Thanks for this offer, my wardrobe made it to the destination without any problems and I thank Chris for suggesting me the coupon and thank you we move u for the wonderful work done.

They were horrible plain and simple.

They were horrible plain and simple. When I booked the order, the guy on the phone was the nicest guy, text me, text me, call me. Then the day of the move they showed up an hour late. The pick-up guy literally said "Hey buddy I had a rough night last night, sorry for being late." This is a grown adult coming to me on a move of a holiday weekend and he went out the night before to have a couple of beers, I don't want to hear it. I have never moved before and I understand that I miscalculated how much stuff I had so of course the move that I thought was going to be one monetary amount became $400 more. And again, it was more than likely my fault. But by the time they showed up, All they had to do was bring down one Tupperware tub and one mattress. We're doing this on the front lawn, the guy brings the stuff, finally when they get done putting it in the truck, the two other guys walk away, the driver, or the team leader, walks away from me and goes into the cab of the truck. I don't know what he's doing so I said are we done, he says yeah we're done but by the way do you think you could throw the guys a couple of bucks. Are you kidding me, you're an hour late, you don't shake my hand, you don't thank me, you don't say we'll be in touch. Have a great day. And he drove away. As the week goes on, once I came down here I was able to notify them of my address. Once the stuff was on the truck I never physically spoke to the guy from the company again. I would get text messages, call transport, call someone else. And that's how it went on. Come Friday, I had to call again. Where is my stuff? Oh he'll be there in a couple of days. So and then when the guy showed up here, very nice guy, I was the last stop. He came alone! Now, I'm a fit guy I go to the gym and all that other stuff. What would he have done if he had gone to for example to my 80 year old parents? What was he going to bring mattresses upstairs by himself? Is he going to unload these boxes alone? He was lucky I was there to help him. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything.

I got excellent customer services from We Move U for my move. The movers were friendly and the rates were excellent.

I used We Move U’s storage facility when I was shifting. The storage room was big and well lit and there was adequate security outside. Great stuff.

Horrible experience dont take the ...

Started out well, Michele ws friendly and informative, but play with words. I wanted a full service co. She said it was, that they did not sub out work. The quote was good, partial house move. Set a date for pick up, was under stringent time frame,as I was flying to Fl. to recieve the goods. They kept telling me up to two weeks for delivery. Had Fri July 31 was called and told truck should be there on Sat, called later and told Truck would be there Mon. Panic startedas I was leaving 5a Tue moring to fly to Fl. Someone did arrive late Mon afternoon, but they were not We move you, but a group of guys hired, said they often help when WMY gets busy and his business is slow. Obviously not full service Funiture looked like it was packed well, never moved before so not sure how should be done. Paid in cash as required, signed all papers. They didn't know what time it would be delivered in Fl. Said dispatch would call. In Fl I called several times to try to see, was toldtrucks are loaded in order of reciept and to wait. Didnt hear after 2more day called. Told it could be 2 weeks ot more from when they received the goods. Was not even on truck yet. Now more panic, as I would be Flying home on Aug 18th Tried to explain situation and I just got blanket replies. Finally Fri Aug 14 was told it was on the truck and would leave later, Sat they gave me driver info and dilevery of Late Mon or Tue, the day I was Leaving. Told them had to be Mon. Contacted driver, he rescheduled his delivery to make sure it was Mon. Arrived but was not a WMY truck but a truck with Allied partly painted out. Damage was obvious, a wet saoked box famaged goods inside, stool with covering ripped, had not ben wrapped. A broken bookshelf door, chiped off vineer, broken lamp, dented file cabnit. Took pics and talked to driver, he said just call they well fix it, he only drove. Called sent the requested pics never heard. Called said it eas being investigated. Never a response. Emailed in Dec. No response. I. Not a full service co but subs out jobs . BEWARE DONT TAKE A CHANCE.Ñ

The movers were on time

Fabulous!!!! I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. We moved our daughter and her roommate and the transition was flawless. The movers were on time, fast, very careful with our belongings and efficient. The owner even texted me during the move to ensure all was going smoothly. I don't have one complaint and will refer all my friends to this company! You will not be disappointed.

They are extremely responsive

It was a great pleasure working with We-MoveU and their estimate was spot on for me in both cost and money. They are extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra mile for people. My belongings in which was a great help in both time and cost of buying my own boxes. Will definitely recommend to my friends that are moving and plan on using We-MoveU again for my next move.

They were really careful

It's not for nothing that these guys have all 5-star reviews. They are very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. With tip, I still ended up paying $50 less than the quoted price. They were really careful with my stuff and just really nice guys. I would definitely use them again.

They did a fine job moving

These guys are top-notch. On time, efficient, and they take extreme care of your stuff. They will wrap and pack and lift heavy things without complaining. Moving is not cheap and it is a hassle, but if you want to trust your movers, go with these guys. I would recommend that you pack as much as you can in advance though, as spending time having these guys pack your stuff on the day of will add up.

Easiest moving

Hands down the easiest moving experience I've had in NYC. Was fully moved with 2.5hrs, including them wrapping and unwrapping all our furniture. HIGHLY recommended.

Really great guys at a really affordable price. They were able to do my short small move in under 2hrs without any damage to my items. Everything was wrapped extremely well and the guys didn't waste a minute getting the items out of the apartment, down to the truck and up to my new apartment. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

they were on time n friendly

I set up a move with We-MoveU two days before my move date. On the day of my move they were on time, friend, and efficient. I moved from the 27th floor of a highrise to a 4th floor walkup and the guys kept pace the entire time on the job. I would recommend We-MoveU to anyone who is looking to keep it simple, and on schedule.
