I didnt expect them to be that bad

I was not really happy

I was not satisfied. When they came to move, they gave me an hour and a half window. They came an hour after that window. They smelled like marijuana. They told me it was going to cost $1000 to move me. So I just told them no thanks. I had to find another mover at the last minute. The movers I chose broke my stuff. Worst moving experience ever!

The movers were a couple of hours late. They arrived with a smaller truck, stating the truck that was scheduled was being worked on. This caused more trips and more time on my bill. They broke my curio cabinet and it had to be thrown out. My furniture has scratch marks on them. I do have to say the two guys were very polite but were exhausted due to the numerous trips because they did not come prepared for the move with a sufficient vehicle. I was extremely disappointed. The curio cabinet was a gift and now I am without a cabinet for my precious keepsakes. I will never recommend this company for a move. Read more

Very UNPROFESSIONAL Company and ...

DO NOT TRUST THIS FLY BY THE SEAT OF THEIR PANTS OPERATION The salesman and part owner has a very unprofessional demeanor. I scheduled my move at least two weeks prior to my move. I attempted to contact the company on Saturday and Sunday prior to my Monday morning move. I left messages twice with no response. (This should have been a RED FLAG as to the service I would receive.) The morning of my December 28, 2015 move, I still had not heard from the owner/salesman. I attempted to contact him again on his personal cell phone. I also sent text messages. The movers where scheduled to arrive by 8:30 A.M. I began calling at 8:00 A.M. When Miles finally returned my calls/text, his response was, "Your move has been deleted, but I remember scheduling it myself" ( I spoke to Miles personally to schedule my move, which gave me a false confidence that this was a good decision.) He said he could have a truck and two guys over within two hours. I had friends and family able to help until noon. They movers showed up at Noon. My help was no longer available. It took many more hours to complete my move than was predicted. Movers did not finish my move until 10 P.M. During the move this company know for WRAP n PACK did not wrap my items. They dropped my solid oak file cabinet down four stairs and broke it. Had this been wrapped, the draws would not have fallen open causing it to fall down the steps. They also broke a mirror inside my make-up stand, which I pointed out, in detail, that there was mirror inside. If they had wrapped this item, the mirror could have been secured and not broken. It has been four months since my move, and my items still have not been repaired or returned. Miles was more than prompt picking up my items and gave me an estimated return of two weeks. My estimated move costed me 56% more than was estimated over the phone, which I also found unprofessional. I asked about a walk through prior to my move, but Miles didn't think it was necessary. PLEASE BEWARE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. I DID NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WRAP N PACK LLC TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS! DO NOT TRUST THIS FLY BY THE SEAT OF THEIR PANTS OPERATION. The truck they brought was too small ...

I had a very bad experience ... A few things were lost, a few broke and just the overall estimation on how much space would they need to load in the truck, that was not estimated well. So toward the end they just told me, you have some stuff in your condo and the truck is fully loaded ... It became a headache for me. Read more
