I wasn’t keen on getting rid of my old, heavy furniture just yet. So the movers from Xtra mile moving and storage had to take great care of them during my last move. The movers really paid attention to the old pieces and packed them so delicately. They made sure they stacked everything properly inside the van so nothing damages during the journey. They made the delivery right on time. The movers unpacked everything and put them where they belonged. I didn’t see the men complaining even for once. These movers impressed me so much with their strength, perseverance and helpfulness.

Super-efficient movers

I used many moving companies but Xtra mile moving and storage was the best company out there. They handled my last move very efficiently. They offered me an affordable quote. I filled out their online form and got reply within a few hours. They came on the agreed time and packed my items perfectly. They were super-efficient as they moved all the items through my narrow staircase. The packing and loading part is always the easiest one. They delivered the items without any issues.

Commendable efficiency

I was planning on a fresh start. But my wife and I couldn’t separate from the sheer love we have for our furniture. So, we decided to move them with us. We hired Xtra mile moving and storage to help us with the move and my main concern was that since the company is so new, would they be efficient or not. They really were efficient. New or nor, these guys meant business. Nothing was overlooked by the 4 movers who came to work on such an excellent hourly rate. Even their vans were quite reasonable priced to hire. I was very impressed to see how all my beloved pieces of furniture were wrapped perfectly and loaded in the vans. They arrived on scheduled time completely unharmed. I am very optimistic about the future of this company and I highly recommend hiring them for your next move.

I applaud them

I have seen movers who are quite literally college boys who move stuffs on the side. Considering that, if a moving company gives you professional and experienced movers, it’s good enough. Xtra mile moving and storage was hired by me to deliver my stuffs last month. Their quote was rational and the customer service was apt enough. The movers arrived right on the scheduled time. The efficiency the four men displayed while packing and loading all my stuffs, I can totally applaud them for it. The delivery wasn’t delayed either. They delivered all my goods in excellent condition and on time. I’m quite pleased to recommend them.

Nothing to worry about

Just by looking at the guys that work for this moving company, you may be skeptical about their service. Their appearance is just like any other mover in America but, I was pleasingly astonished when I watch them pack and move my stuffs. My move was wonderful and enjoyable owing to the speed the guys from this company move my stuffs. Super quick move

We were moving for a big job on the other side of the country. I hired Xtra mile moving and storage because they are the best. I have to admit, they did an amazing job. They were very careful with our very expensive glassware and they carried our furniture with extreme caution. The new apartment is a 3rd floor walkup and the movers very efficiently moved all our stuffs up 3 floors. I never thought a cross-country move could be done so quickly. They delivered all my valuables such a long distance away in perfect condition. Great job guys!

The movers from xtra mile moving and storage arrived on time and worked really hard. They took extra care of moving the furniture as to not damage the furniture itself and the walls. They will disassemble and reassemble my furniture as needed. They also were very pleasant and professional and there fees are extremely competitive. I moved back here from Israel 7 years ago and no lie i have been moving maybe once every two years to a year and even thou this industry in dominated with my fellow Israelis and Jewish brethren i was still taken advantage of scammed and given the run around like a "joe shmo", and myself endured the good and bad! Then Xtra Mile came along and changed my lost hope status into a newly found hope and trust. By far the best company I have hired as of yet, and if you are moving or even thinking of moving and in the north east, Texas, or northern mid-west area I would urge you to consider them folks... Never again

Where do I begin. Let's start with this company is far from a real moving company and should not be used for any of your moving purposes. From personal experience,the staff and management of Xtra mile moving and storage are a complete joke. From pick up to drop off. Upon arrival to pick up my belongings they quoted me one price and I agreed on that. When they were finished packing my belongings into a rented enterprise truck,They said that they have went over the contracted cubic feet and would have to be responsible for any overage that would be. After we just paid 2700 to load the truck. When I disagreed to pay the now extra 600 dollars they wanted. The movers then asked for a 200 dollar tip. To be split up between the two movers. (Un-professional) as if it was expected of me to give you a Tip after I just shelled out 2700 then you wanted an extra 600 because of their miss calculation. And now you have the nerve to ask me for $200 in tip. Now on to communication with the company. Communication with this company is absolutely atrocious and should not be called communication. The numbers that they gave me were false numbers I was told I would speak to one person I spoke to many people who were unable to deliver a clear and persise answer for any question that I needed answered. When I asked to speak to a manager The gentleman said sure hold on as I proceeded to wait on pause he came back onto the phone posing as a manager. When I asked him his name he said his name was Jack then towards the end of our conversation I asked can I have your name again he said his name was Jesse. Now onto moving experience from date that it was picked up to date that it was dropped off it was Behind when they said they would have it dropped off then they said it would be be between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM the driver did not show up until 3:30 PM making me miss my morning hours at work for no reason. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism communication accuracy of estimate customer satisfaction and much much more but from what I have just wrote you should understand that extra mile moving and storage is a complete joke and disgrace to the moving industry I would never recommend this company to anyone And lastly I hope you as the reader can understand and believe that this is 100% factual and no fabrication

A nightmare free move finally :) the guys where very respectful and thoughtful in handling my stuff even thou I was charged a bit more than quoted but it was cause I added a couple of more things yet non the less they got the job done with nothing lost or broken!!!
