The you box movers finished my job with full of energy and efficiency. I used lots of moving services. All of them were either expensive or inefficient. Well, they were my last mover and just more than awesome. You couldn't find any reasonable rate at utmost professionalism like you box movers did. I was satisfied with their total service. From start to end they did an excellent job.

I do my every move with you box it. The last move was my 5th time. Thanks for trouble free move. Movers were on time and handled every piece of furniture perfectly. They packed up stuffs, reached them in quoted time. Last three moves I found Shawn and Johnson at my places. They are simply outstanding, very humored as well. They got my stuffs safely. They offer me discount several times. I am very much pleased on them and will contact as soon as possible for my next move. Lastly their price level was very good. I will recommend them no doubt.

I always choose you box it for my stuffs. I am very pleased for their true price and honesty. All the time they carry out flawless and painless move. The sales guy helped me a lot to let me know the process and to organize efficiently. The driver call ahead to inform their arrival. They were very much aware of all fragile furniture. They knew how to handle them! They are the perfect example of a perfect mover.

I completed my move at very competitive price by You box it and I must say, they will not disappoint you. Most important thing of them – they work with purity and honesty. Very friendly behavior that I noticed. The service order was taken through my phone conversation with Leslie. I had some awesome experience with movers. Have been using them since 2013. I am their regular customer so far. My last move had happened a week ago and the destination was Chicago. Their packing, loading, driving and off loading everything was outstanding and in time. No needed to worry about! Obviously I will go with them again in future!

They are the best

I would only recommend You box it! Careful, honest, efficient, conscious every great character I noticed in their movers. Total three folks came at my home and rocked. They had to gather moving items from my apartment as well as my workplace. I have my own office for mortgage support services. After finishing the move, they unloaded and unpacked our stuffs and was careful enough. I will call them again because they are the best!

It was a right time for a move because my favorite company You box it offered their services in very cheap price. Surprisingly I needed to relocate at that time. The moving folks gave great attention to the move and my belongings. I found them easy and simple. They had a clear plan. Michelle took me through the entire process, answered all questions. Firstly I tried to understand their whole plan and then decided to move on 27 February. The pre moving packing service was very nice. Then they tagged and marked all packed furniture. It was a long distance move. So they took perfect preparation. I have not a single complaint against this company. Rather would suggest all interested guys to hurry up! Call them!!

Better than others

I hired movers a number of times in my life and out of all, You box it was better than any other moving companies. I found many companies were very busy taking their extra bills and not so attentive to customer’s stuffs. They were very careful and responsible with my every item. They placed every boxes at the right place. Usually I like to do every move in morning but this time I preferred evening. Every one of this company was very great person. They supported me in every aspect. The journey was smooth and fast. There was no problem. It was very happy ending.

Hello. I am from Portland and yesterday I received my all stuffs from You box it. I ordered them to relocate my household furniture. They did a safe delivery. Firstly I contacted with Michelle last week. That was great communication. Easy to fix up all moving date. Filled up all necessary papers and documents. No mistakes !!

From the last move I was very upset for a huge distraction of stuffs. We faced an accident on the highway. Thank god my family was safe! But my many stuffs were damaged. Specially fragile things condition was very poor. This time I luckily got the chance to move with You box it. I am very happy having worked with them. Every stuffs were delivered safely and timely. There was no wrong in packing and shifting. They offered an attractive rate as well. Really recommended.

Travel from one place to another is very enjoyable but shifting necessary things is totally a pain. We've called on You box it several times for our major moves and they have constantly been amazing at their job. As a busy family with three children, my husband and I are always on the go, so having the convenience of you box it doing expert job on packing and delivery is a huge help. They really do take the stress out of shifting so many thanks to them.

You box it provided a fantastic service. There was no communication gap from them. Most of the time Leslie was on the phone and has been quite transparent and simple, answered all questions very clearly and easily. On move day, after their seven hours of continuous works, we got so tired but it seemed the workers just arrived and would start working! They were very articulate on every movement. They shifted our stuffs with no apparent incident. Some of their movers had many years of experience. I gave my charge to them in cash. It was not extremely cheap but the work was worthy. I knew if I would go for a cheap mover then I would never get my stuffs back in perfect time and shape. I am satisfied.

Hello guys! I made my program with you box it in last month. Since 2012 I am a regular client of this company. They have the best labors. They did two more other moves of mine. Their simplicity was the best. Hardworking, dedicated and always active in every service. Setting up all stuffs were so easy and simple for them. Everybody worked in a planned way. Every piece of stuffs was packed systematically. They started moving through a narrow staircase with great care. I was not disappointed at all with the fair quote of you box it, it was economic. They made a smooth move, reached our furniture without any problem, these all things encourage me to choose them next time.

Safe and relaxed move

I have always been so scared of any move because of some horror experience. So didn't take any movers service for the last couple of years. It happened mainly three years ago. Then I faced a serious accident and I lost my some expensive and precious stuffs which was the main reason to take that decision. Suddenly I got promotion in my job and I got an order form office to move to New York. I was seriously tensed due to my previous experience and I had no idea about any professional and helpful moving company. I searched and found some movers and read their reviews carefully. I got a suggestion to choose the You box it. There was very few negative text in their profile. I liked their price and experience levels. Finally I gained another moving experience and trust me it was unbelievably better than the last move. I felt safe and relax and want to hire them again!

Enjoyed my move

I made two moves last year, but last one was a long distance relocation service and was the best. You box it took the responsibilities of the move. The care they took with my items was wonderful. Their office workers have been nice, polite and friendly. On the move day the driver called ahead of their arrival that was at just 8.15. Then I prepared myself for starting the move. All of my furniture was packed with necessary supports. The crews were good. I arranged a little party, I offered some French and chicken fries for the folks. Everybody enjoyed that move. They relocated my all stuffs at right time and their payment was pretty fair. So, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my other family members.

A+ rated mover

I have completed my two years relationship with You box it. Two years ago got the first chance to use their service with some advantages. I heard about that company from my cousin who was living in South Carolina. The mover maintains their rules very strictly and receive all order with honesty. I remember my all moves with them. Every time they tried hard to give their best service. So far I know they have been working for long years in this sector. They are the A+ rated company. I found them as a reliable, professional and friendly in every move. Great business! I am giving them a BIG thanks.

Friendly and efficient

There was great time I had spent. Three guys who packed my stuffs quickly and very carefully handled everything with utmost care. Yes, I am telling about You box it staffs. They were friendly and efficient. Picked up all my belongings from my shop and put them on the truck. Got everything on my new place at right time. Great security. Perfect move. Definitely refer them to everybody.

DO NOT HIRE YOU BOX IT

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY! Look closely at the positive reviews below - they are all clearly fake. You Box It might give you a lower quote, but it is a scam and you will end up paying more than other companies for inferior service. They packed boxes half full to increase the amount of the truck that is full of boxes, and will charge you well above the original quote as a result. It is impossible to get anyone competent on the phone. You Box It delivered our furniture OVER A WEEK LATE with thousands of dollars in damages which have not yet been reimbursed. We were living in an empty house for a week, unable to go to work, because every single day they lied and said our stuff was in Denver and ready to be delivered. As it turns out, our furniture did not leave a warehouse in a Atlanta until a week after it was supposed to arrive in Colorado. The movers were extremely unprofessional, screaming at each other while unloading the truck. They did not unpack or reassemble anything, as was part of their contract. Our move was a nightmare, and trying to get reimbursed for the many, many, pieces of furniture they destroyed has been a second nightmare. I am hoping to spare you all from what we went through....DO NOT HIRE YOU BOX IT!!!!

Terrible!!

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. When I booked the move they were super nice and always answered the phone. Once they picked up my belongings things totally changed. I was told my belongings would be delivered within 10 business days. Note that although they deliver on Sat and Sun they don't count these as business days. I contacted the company continuously to get an update and all they could say is we can't give you one. I'd ask to speak to a supervisor and all they would say is he has your information and he will call you! Of course he never called, I never got to talk to a supervisor, nor customer serivce. I would ask where my things are with no response. I would ask if I could drive and come get them with no response. In a few instances rather than giving me an update and information the dispatch people hung up on me, or I would call and get no greeting just a rude woman saying he has your info. My things finally arrived late, after 18 days. The only good thing is... They contract other companies to do the pick up and deliver. The people who pickup and deliver are super nice, do great work, and are extremely underpaid! I would for sure hire one of the companies they contract and never You Box It!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give something less than poor I would. Where to even begin with this company... The movers came and picked up our things (on a Wednesday), I forgot to tell my husband that we needed to pay with a certified check. They take our things and the movers say they will be back to pick up a certified check the following day. They call my husband the next day and say they aren't going to be able to make it to pick up the check but he "should just put the check in the mail", he does, on Thursday. So we think everything is fine and dandy. Fast-forward to the following Tuesday, we're driving up to our new residence and we get a call around 9am saying the truck hasn't left yet because they haven't received money. The truck was supposed to leave on Monday in order to have our stuff to us by Wednesday/Thursday. 1. Nobody called us on Monday to let us know. 2. They told us to mail the check like it was no big deal, NEVER once saying they wouldn't leave until they got half of the payment. IF they would have told us that they aren't leaving until they get the first half then we would have driven the check to wherever it needed to be. 3. We got them their money by direct depositing it into their account, something that we could have done when they picked up the furniture in the first place. 4. they said they were going to leave ASAP once they got the money. ASAP for them was 5 days later on Saturday. That is all fine and well and I can maybe understand the mix up but my problem with them is that they have no communication skills. They kept saying they would call us when they knew an exact time frame. We would always have to contact them and multiple times via calls and texts until somebody would answer or call us back. Nobody within the company knows what is going on unless it is in their own department. The 2 guys that delieverd our furniture don't even work for You Box It! You Box It outsourced our furniture to a random truck. Those guys were nice and felt bad for our situation, but they don't work for You Box It, therefore they couldn't do anything about it. Now, after unpacking all of our things we are missing a piece of furniture, they broke a table of ours, and cracked a piece of glass on a professionally matted and framed picture. I've tried to call/email them countless times and NOBODY is helpful nor does anyone pick up the phone. The one number I was given for somebody in customer service isn't even working. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE YOU BOX IT! Terrible company with terrible customer service!

They were very careless in handling my ...

I am going to complain about them to the Better Business Bureau. As I did not pay the cash to them and when I returned back from the bank to bring the cash they withheld my furniture at my apartment and left my home, which was awful. They were not at all professional and very rude to us. They were very careless about my stuff. They were very reluctant and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Nice, efficient and extraordinary ...

I am so impressed with their services that I will be using them again and will be referring them to my friends and family. The two guys were very professional and nice. They are well experienced and polite. The company is a beautiful company, and I would use them again for my future move. They are really efficient and charged me $500. The first company I hired was very bad and charged me higher.
