It was good, but took longer than ...

They first came with the truck, large truck which was nice. They started moving all the bulk stuff which was good and then it seemed like after lunch they slowed down, which should have been the quickest load, pretty much just put it in the garage. But overall the guys worked hard and moved but it took a lot longer than expected. Than the last two moves that I did. Read more

Exceptional!

Your guys were exceptional. We loved it and that's the truth. They were awesome. They were extremely helpful, they offered to loan us some wardrobe boxes, they were prompt and the move into the new home was fast. They worked from two to five o'clock. the men were gentlemen. It was good, except the van was too ...

It was good. I mean it was a typical moving experience. The only thing that went wrong was that the size van should get everything inside our house and then on moving day it took all day and the van wasn't big enough and we had to rent a UHaul and do it ourselves the next day. Read more

Overall there were a lot of bad things.

The movers were fine. ...[But the company] they told me a price and they sent me ... Boxes that were already broken for the wardrobe. They were supposed to send three movers and they only sent two. The price that they sent me were all wrong. There were a lot of bad things about that moving company. Read more

We have a washer that has a huge dent ...

The moving experience wasn't the greatest. We have a washer that has a huge dent in it and a lid that will not stay open. [They] were supposed to send over someone to fix it and we weren't able to be there because we both work. No one has called back. I talked to Jesse via email and he said we have to file a complaint...we would like to have compensation for this washer. Read more

The movers were quick and experienced.

We were pleased with them

It was fine. They didn't show up with enough guys, but I think that was more of a by-product of someone not showing up for work that morning. Then they had another guy come down. They did not come over to the house prior to moving, and once they saw what we had to move, when they brought a third guy down they had him bring a truck--and we filled up both of them. But there was no problem with that, they couldn't have gotten both trucks right away anyway so the move went fine. Nothing was broken. We were pleased with them. They gave me the best price. They were great. I didn't have any problems, they were a good bunch of people. I think they had some issues but they figured it out and it was a really pleasant move, the most pleasant moving experience I ever had. And I've been moving so much. Excellent service

It was excellent. They were careful with all my stuff, wrapped everything. Wrapped like - wouldn't bump into anything. Yes price was reasonable. I did receive all the services that I requested. I don't have any problems with them. The crew's behavior was good. They were nice. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. Read more
