They were very very quick, efficient, they wrapped all the furniture correctly, they were in good humor, there was no wasted motion, they didn't stop. They started, they went all the way through and finished in some terrible heat. So on a scale of 1- 10 I would give them a 10 they were delightful, I thought they were great! It was fine. There [were] no hang ups. They showed up when they were supposed to, moved everything with no problem and the whole process didn't last but a half a day at a very reasonable cost. Read more

I was satisfied except I wasn't told I ...

I was satisfied, the only problem that I had was, they didn't tell me that they were gonna charge me an extra two hours: an hour for coming in and an hour for going out. Plus they charged me for their lunch time when they took off. So I think they overcharged me by about two and a half hours. So I was a little bit disappointed about that. There was nowhere in the disclaimer that said I had to pay for travel time to the job. Read more

It was fine. They were very honest with their pricing and they arrived on time. They were hard workers. They didn't take a lot of breaks and weren't lollygagging or hanging out. Took a little longer than expected but they didn't get to see the furniture beforehand so I can't be upset about that. All in all I would say it's a pretty good job. They did all the services that I requested. I don't really know anybody that is moving, but I would recommend them if I did. They did not pack. I just packed by myself. I thought they went a little over on the time. They weren't perfect, but pretty high up there. Read more
