Worst Move EVER
We hired Affinity to move our 2 bedroom apartment to our new house 10 miles away at the quoted price of $69 an hr (a min 2 hrs) and it was suppose to include a truck and 2 men. They were suppose to be there at 9:30 am but called at 9:25 to tell my husband they would not be there until 11 or 1130. When they showed up at almost 12 it was 2 guys in a pickup truck towing a small trailer. From what the men told me, Alex (the manager or owner I'm not sure which), had contacted them that morning to do the job and they were telling me they were charging me 335! They inform me they are not employed by Affinity but Alex had asked them to take this job for him and it was a 1 bedroom apartment and would only need a trailer. I tried calling Affinity and they told me Alex was not in the office at the moment and he would call me right back. (Never got a call back) I have asked the movers to wait that my husband is on his way (Had to leave work) and this is not the agreed price with Affinity. While I'm on the phone with my husband they actually LEAVE without saying a word to me. I was able to get Alex on the phone after finding another number for Affinity online and explain to him what was going on and he did NOTHING to assist. He acted like it was not his problem. When I told him they just left he asked me "why do you think they did that" UMMMM I wouldn't know! My husband saw the movers on the road and had them pull over. They also called Alex and my husband spoke to him and he also gave the same attitude he had given me. Since we had no other options we paid these 2 to move us.... almost double what was quoted. It took 2 trips and about 4 hrs. I would NEVER recommend Affinity movers to anyone.

Top Notch Move
I had a great moving company help me with my recent move, and they did some very excellent work. There was some issues with unpacking the truck because of inclement weather and some heavy rain, but for the most part, they were on time, which I was very pleased about. They are a very professional crew and I have no complaints. I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family because they do very good work and their prices are great too.
