After the Customer Begged

This day, this moving company declined to move us! After my husband begged him to finish the job he started, he declined to move us becuz I asked him, " why are you taking so many photos?" Everyone took photos!!! Why?Am I, i.e. the customer, not inclined to ask this question? Secondly, I'm not paying over six hours becuz you rather stand around taking photos!
