Fraud

The person who quoted my move,SAM low balled the price to get the job. I gave him exact measurements of my storage units. I had 3 10X10 storage units. I flew from Fl to NJ for this move. They quoted my movers would be there between 12-1pm. The movers didn’t show up until 4pm. I called about 4 times. They kept delaying and delaying. Finally they arrive ant 4pm,only to tell me the move is almost 2000 dollars more than my original estimate. They also said it was subject to change. Not only that,they showed up in a Penske truck rental with someone else’s belongings in the truck. I was told they have their own trucks. At no point did they disclose my things would be in a truck with anyone else’s. The guy who was handling the move (Rabu) said,it was a blessing that they were there. As you can imagine,this stressed me further. Sam told me they did not broker jobs and that they had their own trucks in our original conversation. That was a lie. This company is misleading and complete fraud. I would not trust them to handle anyone’s move. I was in a vulnerable situation moving out of state and they leveraged that situation to try and take advantage of me. They knew I was flying in and used the circumstances by gas lighting and providing misleading information. At the end of it,i requested a refund of my deposit because it was already late in the day. I ended up having to cancel my $250 flight and also paying for an extra night hotel stay. To add,I had to scramble to find an alternative to move out of my storage. This ended up costing me more money. Because it was last minute I ended up having to pay more money. It was a waste of my time and resources. This place should not be in business. On time, no surprises--great job

We had a move during a snow/ice day, but they handled it with aplomb. And though we'd stayed up all night packing, we still weren't quite finished when they showed up. But no worries as they had a couple of extra boxes and helped out at no extra charge. They had everything moved out in no time, and were very efficient. They had everything they needed with them, such as straps and furniture blankets, which was a relief. They arrived at the new place in good time and had it all unloaded in icy conditions very quickly. I used these guys for a move from Hoboken to just outside of Boston. They are excellent.They arrived at my apartment at 8am and had the truck loaded and were on the way to Massachusetts by noon. The truck was unpacked into my new apartment by about 7pm. It was a long day, but All Exclusive made it a lot less stressful.When hiring a moving company it comes down to the crew that you get. All Exclusive is top notch start to finish. From the day they did our free in person estimate, to their clear communication and detailed pricing and contracts, but especially the move day. Mike was our foreman and he was fantastic as was his crew. They were fast, efficient, very careful and thorough, and super friendly. Not one complaint and we are on the 4th floor of a walk up! Excellent movers great experience

I called them after reading the reviews on here but was a little wary. Called around the 2nd of December and spoke to Jim, he gave me a hourly estimate based on what i told him i had. day before the move on the 22nd the dispatcher called and was very courtious and went over the details of the move, Next morning the crew arrived the foreman was Joe went over the details again, all was done in a very professional manner, every piece of furniture was wrapped nicely, there was some additional packing so i didnt mind paying the extra few bucks, everything arrived at the destination with absolutely no damages. I was amazed at the efficiency of these guys. I would highly recommend them anytime. Great job guys Read more
