Disappointiing experience
I choose them because they were the first one to respond within a very good turnaround time. They gave me a quote and they said it was going to take two men and maybe three hours. But it pressed on to be like seven hours. This is the very same amount of household goods that I have used previously, maybe less than a year ago I moved. Now I am moving back to my old location and it took four more hours than it normally would have. I was very unhappy with that. They broke the leg of my couch, my sofa. They also broke part of the buffet table. The knobs were broken. My coffee table which is kind of heavy - all scratched. It looked like they were dragging the edge of it. I have scratches on it - small small scratches but that really stand out. I notified the owner and he seemed to listen. Then he gave me this phone number to call for insurance. So far I haven't received anything. I mean its like nothing. I am thinking of filing a complaint with their whatever... So that is what happened. They were very very slow. They were charging me by the hour.
