Stay Away, Terrible Company

Horrible customer Service. We called and got a quote to move our son from a 5x10 storage room to his collage apartment that was 6 blocks away. We spoke with Brian on the phone who advised it should only take 2 movers one hour and quoted a great price. We accepted and set the appoint. The day of the appoint the movers showed up and moved the furniture in less than an hour. This is where the issues began. When they came to settle the check, we were advised that we were going to be charged a 2 hour minimum charge as well as an additional hour for travel. None of this was disclosed on the phone to us. We then tried to call the office and sat on hold for over 30 minutes. The first time I finally got through, before I could talk, the person on the line hung up. I called and finally got through to someone who would talk and tried to explain the situation, the rep was cold and didn't care, just continue to quote what the movers stated. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said sure, placed me on hold and then hung up again. We ended up paying over 3 times the amount we were charged. This is totally unacceptable and I will let everyone know of the terrible service and lack of care that this company has for its "customers". Read more

The movers were exemplary

The quality of the service, the way they treated, because they moved two antique armories for me. They were exemplary, they went over and above in protecting my furniture. The service was good, I gave them my address, I said don't use GPS because they will get lost since I live in the country which they didn't follow that direction so they were late in getting here so I made sure they adjusted the bill because it was based on the amount of time, I had to make sure they adjusted the bill based on the amount of time a fuel charge. When they were totaling up the bill I was shocked because I quoted 320 dollars and it turned out to be 586 dollars and while i was actually paying the bill one of the drivers asked me if there will be a gratuity that day I said no based on the fact that my charges were almost double. Ah yes, they showed up early, it was a pretty straight drive, we finished on time in my opinion on how long the move would take, they really hustled and they were polite and very careful with our items so I would recommend the company again. Read more

The guys showed up and I told them that I didn't have that much stuff but I wanted to move quickly and they listened to me and they worked fast and promised me it would only take them 2 hours to get everything done and they stuck to that.
