All of my Mentally challenged children ...

What a great company. I love paying somebody to move me and get to move myself. I mean the main purpose of hiring somebody to move me was get in a workout for myself and pay somebody to make sure I got it. I'd definitely use this company again because they very professionally request a gratuity for doing half the job. Please, call Ken. He's a real leader that makes sure you sweat your ass off for their services. I'd laugh, if this was really a joke, but the only joke is these guys. And, they continue to do business. Don't worry about their 2.29 rating through the BBB, because Ken told me it is 4 something with Google. Hope I helped somebody to find their next mover, THEMSELF!!! Read more

They were terrible.

They didn't even bring dollies. The whole thing should've taken two hours and it ended up taking almost three because they didn't have dollies and it was two big pieces of furniture to go upstairs and they admitted it to me, we could've finished in two hours, but then they still charged me the extra time and they also (when they gave me the price) didn't tell me on top of that price there was going to be a $20 fuel charge. As far as handling everything was fine, nothing was broken in that regard. The whole thing was just a bad experience, I'll never use them again. Read more

Left my table sitting in my front yard ...

This company was paid to move my father in law but they cancelled due to weather. The nursing home staff was able to move him with no problem. Since this company would not offer a refund we used them to move us recently. Even though we told them that there might be too much ice to complete the move that day they insisted on moving or said we would loose all the money we had already paid. I find this ironic since the only reason we were using their company was because THEY CANCELED on us previously. When they got there they said it was too icy to move our bed and dresser and would arrange another day to move it. Well two weeks later they will NOT RETURN my calls. Last I talked to them I was told it would be an EXTRA charge to complete the move! Not to mention they left one of the tables they were supposed to move just sitting in MY FRONT YARD at my old address! I have called and left at least five messages to no avail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Save yourself from being robbed and treated with disrespect. If you want details, read below. Overall terrible experience with this company. First of all we were told they could do the move in the AM like we needed, but when we reminded them we could start at 9AM and not 8AM, then they changed the time to "sometime in the afternoon". They told me they would call me BEFORE noon to let me know an exact time, which they predicted would be "2PM, or maybe sooner". Finally at 1:30PM, my wife had to call them and we were notified "probably around three". When my wife, who was taking care of our 9 month old, wasn't at our house at 10 minutes until three, they called us asking when we would be there. The moving guys were nice, but very unmotivated and not well trained. I did as much work loading and unloading as they did. And when we left to transfer the furniture, they got lost and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to find the destination....literally two exits from where we started. The worst past of this company is the administration. I do not know JASON's exact roll, but he is bad at everything he does. He charged me over $100 more than quoted and when I asked him about it he was VERY arrogant and basically took my furniture hostage until I no choice but to sign for the elevated price. It was more money than I had intended.

The movers and the moving was fine, I just had a little problem that they charged a $100 deposit and they failed to tell me it was non-refundable. So when I tried to cancel (because I was gonna change dates and stuff) that's when they informed me it was non-refundable. I had a problem with that and the fact that they charged $99 from their office to travel my place. I thought by me paying whatever I was paying for the move that should have been included. Wouldn't recommend or use them again

They wouldn't unload the stuff until I paid their fee. They came over and their truck broke down - it took half an hour or more for them to fix it. They wanted to charge me from the minute their truck arrived, even though they couldn't put it anywhere because it wouldn't go. I got charged for that. The guys who loaded my stuff were friendly and nice but they broke the leg off of my washing machine - the little round wheel off - the bottom and I didn't know about it after they were long gone. They wouldn't take my stuff off the truck until I paid about $700 and I was quoted about $450. One of the guys who came to move me had spent half the time in the bathroom. I paid for three guys and they were only gonna send two. I said no, you better send three, I want to get this done. The third one spent half the time in the bathroom. Only two were actually doing the work and I got charged by the hour. He spent his time in my bathroom. I got charged for everything, all their problems. Him being in the bathroom, the truck stalling and everything. They put it on me - the customer. I won't recommend them. I won't use them again. Outstanding customer service before ...


Our estimate was an hourly rate, and was about $5 per hour higher than other estimates. But no other company took the time on the phone to make sure all my questions were answered or seemed remotely as confident in his services. He told us how long it should take to do the move, which I thought was an overshot, but went with it. Turns out, it wasn't an overshot. It took an hour longer. I was kindof upset at that fact at first. But watching the guys work, they did all they could and moved as quickly as I saw possible. So, hey, it took what it took.

He really sold me on the men that would be coming out. Background checked and family men, not some day laborers or kids with no experience. And he was right. Both men were super polite, courteous, and even pleasant to have in our home. NOT what I expected from the stereotypical rumor of movers.

There was one minor damage. The guys slipped coming up a stair case and knocked a quarter size hole in the drywall. But, again very impressive, I didn't find that on my own, they actually came and found me to show it to me. At the end of the move, they mentioned it to the manager over the phone, and he had a man out two days later to make the repair. Painted the spot too. Couldn't ask for more.

Great experience, loved not having to do the labor myself, and the professionalism and courtesy was second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
