I was moving from a third story bedroom to a bedroom on another third story. The movers worked quickly and efficiently and took good care of moving all the items with blankets and plastic. Decent job

They did a decent job of protecting my items, but they only agreed to charge by the hour. They were very slow compared to another company I used previously (who was not available this time) so the cost was much higher than I expected and that was with me actually doing a lot of the heavy lifting to help them along. Very professional company, responsible for their work. We moved from Miami to another state Denver Colorado, and we had to move our belongings, including furniture and appliances. Very nice guys came to us, they packed things securely, loaded them into the car and carefully brought them to our new office. My friend moved from Florida to the Midwest. She had them come out to help her pack and move her stuff. She said they packed her entire apartment in under 3 hours, without breaking anything. Good service

My original moving company, Atlanta movers, canceled with no notice. The sales guy, Phillip Grant was able to get me a crew on short notice (of course at a high ass charge btw it was last minute so I get it). I am in NC not Georgia where the move was happening, so to say the least I was beyond stressed. They came and picked up my fiance's stuff on 6/8 in Savannah, GA and delivered it on 6/22 in Santa Fe, NM.The driver Russel was great. Read more

All these positive reviews are fake. But seriously, I don't know who they pay or if Vanessa (customer rep) just writes them all. Avoid this company at all costs, seriously! It has been 4 MONTHS since our items were picked up on 6/21 in San Francisco and our items have still not been delivered to Virginia and Alltrust continues to provide ZERO timeframe for a delivery date. We are now 68 days beyond our first date of delivery and no date. I call and email this company everyday and can not get a response from anyone on a delivery date. The Customer Rep Vanessa has refused to connect me with the Owner on multiple occasions, no one in sales picks up the phone. This has been a nightmare. They are fully aware that we have been living with our 15 month old child out of 2 suitcases for 4 months now, without a crib, no baby clothing, no furniture, or any of our personal belongings. We are being forced to buy additional winter clothes to stay warm and have incurred significant unanticipated costs due to their delays. Our floors were damaged and admitted by their rep upon pickup (photos) and Alltrust has refused to compensate. They have tried to force additional charges that have required us to obtain permits that have now lapsed significantly that we are out of pocket for. They did not notify us of the day of pickup requiring us to move flights and travel arrangements. We were quoted $9302 in our binding estimate from San Francisco to Northern Virginia that then became $15,953 once packed after they grossly underestimated our things and doubled the cost upon pickup. At this point we were essentially at ransom with flights literally the next morning. This company has struck out at every step of the process and I truly have never experienced anything like this experience in my entire life. We received 2 notices of our date being pushed from 8/14 to 8/24 and then to 8/30 and then NOTHING. No date, just "we will let you know when we have an update". I have been and continue to be beyond unsatisfied with their ability to deliver and it has become an absolute joke. I have completely lost faith in them. This company never could deliver in the first place and I'm unfortunately thinking never will. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Go with literally anyone else. They have ACTUALLY offered me to come pick up my things back in CA as an option and drive them myself. Absolute scam of a company. Worst moving company

Do not trust Alltrust Movers! We have had 6 interstate moves in 10 years (so unfortunately we are basically pros at moving) and typically would use another moving company but decided to go with Alltrust since they were giving us a good deal. That was a huge mistake. The company specifically time and time again would tell us that we would be getting a phone call the day before movers showed up to load their truck. They gave us a 48 hr window in which they would come. The movers showed up unannounced,without a phone call. We were 80% prepared but not quite ready as we were waiting for the phone call. The office staff was extremely unhelpful and unkind,unwilling to resolve the issues at that point. The movers themselves were great at packing some things but not others-- they threw 3 computer monitors in one box without wrapping them in bubble wrap and threw small lamps with lampshades in with heavy objects in one large box. They loaded everything up in one truck and the office had told us that we would be getting our things on our date on the contract. That was wrong-- our things showed up 7 days later than expected and in a different (and large!) 53' truck which almost didn't fit on the street at the new house. Sadly there were only 2 guys there to unload everything which made unloading lengthy. Some of our lamps were broken in addition to several other furniture,i.e. 2 bookcases. Our original quote was for roughly $9,000 and by the time the last minute charges surfaced (which we had no way but to pay them),our cost with them was roughly $13,000. We could've gone with our usual company and paid much less had we known we would be charged this much. The only people we enjoyed working with were the contract driver from United and the additional moving guy who helped us unload at the new location. Save your money and go with a different company. Poor Service and Horrible Business ...

I hired Alltrust Movers to move my family from Chicago to San Francisco. We were promised open communication from the sales rep. I could never get in contact with him after signing the agreement. Before the moving date we were supposed to do a final inventory call to determine any changes in boxes and estimated space. An appointment was made but I never received a call and my call was not returned. They arrived a day earlier with less than an hour's notice. This resulted in an additional $1700 for extra space on the truck. Upon arrival to San Francisco we were called on our delivery day and told our stuff would not be delivered for another week. We slept on the floor for a week while my things sat in their warehouse for a week. When they finally delivered, they were missing the legs to my dining room table (belonging to my deceased Grandmother) which they located and said they would drop off. It has been 2 weeks of calls and messages and nothing. Poor service and horrible business practices. The young men assisting with the move on the front end were nice. However, customer services was poor all of the way around. At some point they could have mailed my table legs to me but they did absolutely nothing. Not a good reflection of the company. They don't care about their customers and apparently they do not care about referrals. Read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: There are so many reasons not to use this company, first off there trucks leak water (damaged furniture and boxes), second they break items, third off they use packing tape on all items with pads (leaves residue everywhere), fourth they lose items, fifth price changing, sixth they do not accept any liability for being totally negligent, etc... ABSOLUTE DECEITFUL BUSINESS -- PLEASE ...

bsolute crooks, please do not sign any contract with these guys; 1. we were told parking was included but when they came on site they charged us $600 packing fee! 2. they charged us $300 fuel cost which was not disclosed until the day of the pickup 3. there is a $1000 charge at the drop off which was also not disclosed 4. the pickup crew is there to upsell you. they eyeball everything and ask you to pay more and more. 4. they beat the competition by deceit, we got scammed. 5. they refuse to cancel the contract, minutes after I signed it. 6. manager was extremely rude 7. do not sign anything. they will trick you into signing anything verbally. 8 please read the dirty contract. they make you sign that is the case all is lost, you cannot claim more than the cost of shipping. 9. I contacted another company, which gave me a better price for all of the above costs included, which would have turned cheaper. 10. please, do yourself a favor, or hire a lawyer, do not sign your life away. they have no regard for your hard-earned money. they will throw $600 here, $300 there just like we grow money on trees. 11. Well Orchestrated & Maintained

It’s seldom seen that a moving company hold up their end of the bargain without adding in additional fees or taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. They were 100% professional and compliant with the schedule they gave us at the very beginning stages of the project. Expectations were made clear and communication was fluent. Our things were handled and delivered diligently. There were no scratches or damages of any kind on our furniture or boxed things. I am not one to write positive reviews, but I felt like I needed to write this one because this moving company more than deserves it. The AllTrust Moving team was way more accommodating, professional, accountable, and knowledgeable than I could of ever asked for.
