This review is from my recent interaction with Map Systems Inc. and their hired third party moving company Better Rate Movers. I will also be sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau. This company is not certified with the BBB and is probably why the staff is brazen to do business the way they do. DO NOT use Better Rate Movers. They are all LIARS, CHEATS, and THIEVES. THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS EXCEPT TO USE IT AS A PERSONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

WARNING
900 dollars worth of items stolen...3000.00 dollar couch completely ruined ..frame cracked leather ripped..could not be fixed...this couch was less than a year old..claims department offered me 96 dollars for 3900.00 dollars in loss and damages.Worst experience with any company I've ever seen.They have complaints to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. They have changed their name once and im sure they will agian.Don't trust these guys .Hire anyone but them it will not be worth all the trouble.
